TEA Luxury really has the wow factor! This boutique hotel is right in the heart of Praia a Mare, literally in the town square, which made everything so convenient. We were offered an upgrade, but we chose a room with a balcony instead—and it was the perfect choice for soaking in the atmosphere. Parking was easy, and the beach, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room itself was comfortable, with a coffee machine and plenty of little goodies provided for breakfast. There isn’t a dining room, so breakfast is more of a self-serve experience in the room, but it worked well enough for us. Overall, a stylish and well-located stay—I’d happily recommend it.

The location was amazing. Lots of bars and restaurants within an easy walk and the beach just two blocks away. Beautiful property. Clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!!! Loved the patio off our room!!!

Maybe bed sheets and pillows could be better quality. they are great for the price you pay but in future I wouldn’t mind paying extra for the quality if there was a choice or maybe have the option to choose different type of pillow (hard, medium, soft) but for how much you pay it is an incredible experience regardless.

The value for money is incredible. They are very well organised making sure that we are okay. Check-in was incredibly easy and they couldn’t have done any more to help. They were great. As for the room. It was very clean, comfy and had everything you need. There was coffee, water, tea and snacks to eat for breakfast. For what you get in terms of price. It is the best I have experienced and I travel a lot. If you stay in Praia, you must stay here.

We rented two rooms with balcony. Tastefully decorated and high quality appointments. Located at the central Piazza, making for fun nightcaps from the balcony. About 5 minutes to the beach. Praia a mare is a gem offeseaskn - We were there in September, which is pleasant and quiet. Breakfast in the room works well, we purchased cornetti at the bar downstairs to compliment.

The extra bed for the 3rd adult was terrible.It was low to the ground and had a small timber frame not suitable for an adult.a

Location was wonderful.Check in was easy with staff on site until 8pm to greet you. The courtyard was private and nice to sit in.The double bed was comfortable.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Location in main street city center, during night heart of night life, 200m to sea. Very comfy and clean apartment.

All cups were paper or plastic, but would be good to have a glass ones. Also during the night it smells cigarette smoke from the ventilation. The breakfast is served in the room with youghurt and biscuits, no freshly baked pastries.

The appartment was clean, big enough, big terrace with a garden view. The appartment is situated very close to the beach, also bars, restaurants, supermarkets.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tea Luxury, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel was not just clean and well-maintained, but the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, including a upgrade to our room! The rooms were spacious with a modern decor that felt both welcoming and comfortable. Every aspect, from the plush beds to the pristine bathrooms, was up to par. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in a fresh and inviting environment.

Lovely room in an excellent location - Praia a Mare was a typical Italian beachside town. We enjoyed being on the main square close to cafes & restaurants. We had the top floor room which had a lovely balcony to enjoy mountain & town views.

Breakfast didn't meet our expectation at all, few small cookies packed in the plastic foil with small packages of nutella and jam. Good news is that there are many places around with fresh delicious Italian cornettos where you can have real Italian breakfast. Only 4 coffee pads for 2 days, no fruits at all.

Cleanliness, comfortable bed, very modern, stylish, not worn furniture. Digital card allows you to enter the building and your room at any time. Great view from the balcony, on the main square of the city, with lot of people, bars, restaurants, music and activities.
