What can I say. out of all the AirBnb I have visisted this is one of the best. Clean, great facilities, all necessary required kitchenware. Everything mordern and clean. great location. Dario took every care a holiday makers required including milk, water, soft drinlks, snacks and beer. Ambience is so lovely that it gives feeling like living in your own house. A big thank you to Dario and would highly recommend to friends and family

The view was perfect we watched the sun rise over the water and it is stunning. We saw Mt Etna and the smoke coming from her from the kitchen side balcony. The property was very clean and Dario our host was amazing his help on information and arrangements for taxis was very helpful.

Dario is probably the best host I’ve experienced. So So helpful. Nothing too much trouble. The welcome pack of fruit/coffee/beer/bread etc was so appreciated! He went out of his way with texts but wasn’t intrusive. The location to the train station was perfect. Under 10 minutes.

Old fashioned elevator was not our friend. Luckily, there are two and we used the automatic one vs the manual one.

Sea Soul is very clean, modern and comfortable! The views of Etna and the ocean are amazing. Train and bus station VERY close. Excellent food all walking distance. Dario our host was exceptional in every way!

Nothing to dislike.

The location was minutes to the majority of the tourist sites. The apartment was spotless and in perfect condition. The apartment was stocked with breakfast foods, drinks, snacks, bottle of wine/beer, etc - best I have ever experienced. Dario meet us when we arrived and even provided excellent advice on what to see and where to eat. Dario’s only concern was to make us happy - he succeeded! Highly recommend booking this apartment.

This was a great apartment well equipped in all ways and very comfortable. We both ate out and cooked. The apartment had great views of the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna. Most of Catania was in easy walking distance and the railway station is close allowing access to other towns like Syracuse. Our host Dario was very accommodating and promptly addressed all our requests. So all positive comments.

With the bakery/ coffee shop, tour office, Hamburger place downstairs and short walking distance to central train station /bus terminals there is nothing not to like about this place.

Comfortable beds, awesome views of sunrise over the sea every morning, large balcony with peek a boo views of Mt. Etna and host Dario who provided wine, water, snacks and was always available with helpful info.

Everything was perfect in apartment.

We were very pleased with our choice of this apartment. The apartment is modern, clean, large, with comfortable beds, with many additional amenities, such as a washing machine and even lotion with a filter in the bathroom. It has a beautiful view of the sea, the port and even Etna. Very close to the historic part of the city and the railway station, which can be seen from the large balcony. On a sunny day you can dine at a table on the balcony. We were very pleasantly surprised by the kitchen equipment and food that was not available for rent, e.g. delicious oranges, marzipan cookies, wine, beer, juices, drinks and even pasta and pesto! Dario is a very nice and helpful host. We arrived in the morning and were able to use the apartment after 10 am. We felt pampered by Dario and safe thanks to the monitoring. Check-out very simple and convenient. Thank you very much!!! P.s Perfect for a large family - children are happy with separate TVs.

This apartment just ticked all the boxes and more. The living room and both bedrooms have a stunning sea view and access to the balcony/terrace that wraps around a corner of the building, then on the other side, city views and of course Etna. Plenty of room for the 5 of us, 2 large bedrooms, 2 lovely bathrooms, a great and adaptable sofa bed in the living room, 3 TVs and a well equipped kitchen. There was everything we needed for comfort and relaxation. Dario is a wonderful host and had really thought of everything, including remembering I was looking for gluten free restaurants and he had bought us gluten free breakfast goods as a surprise. We would all love to come back, thanks so much :)

Newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Well equipped and stocked apartment. Lots of personal touches such as fruit, croissants, bread and much more made our stay very comfortable. Great views from the large balcony, could watch cruise ships come and go. Comfy beds. Very spacious apartment for 2 couples.

The Sea Soel apartment is an absolute gem for anyone seeking a relaxing and scenic getaway. Waking up to the beautiful horizon was truly a highlight of our stay. The apartment itself is spacious, featuring two large bedrooms and two modern, well-appointed bathrooms. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, which was a nice touch. Accomodation was simply amazing. Close to downtown, bus stop and train station where you can start your journeys around. Rooms were clean, modern and equiped with coffe. Dario was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and hope for return soon.

The apartment is as described. Very clean. Thanks to the flight we arrived at the property at 2.AM. Where we were waited for by the owner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including breakfast dishes. The fridge had beer, water, juices, wine and a platter of grapes. The owner Dario informed about local events and gave us all the information we needed.

The lifts are sometimes out of order, but were fixed.

Absolutely wonderful apartment with an amazing view out to sea. If you are up early you will catch the beautiful sunrise. The interior was the best we saw in Sicily. Very modern, new and high standard. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The host even kindly included breakfast items and good coffee pods. The bathrooms were great with excellent showers. The space is very large, easily enough for five of us. The A/C is new and works very well as does the washing machine and even a dishwasher. We found free parking just outside too. The location is great, just a short walk to the centre and many good restaurants, gelato very nearby. The host was very helpful and always responded to us quickly if we had questions and gave us great restaurant recommendations.
