I love place balcony, rooms ,fridge clean and pretty. Balcony was great with view of the beach. Near restaurants, store, everything you need

You have to walk to beach where you can swim like 10 min: fine by me. I couldn't swim water was to cold but that has nothing to do with property or owner. It's on the 3rd/4th floor and no elevators: be aware.

Everything was great. We enjoyed beautiful Mondello and the apartment. You can see everything in the photos, it corresponds to the real condition. The hosts are very nice and carrying. You have everything you need in a few steps. If you are looking for an apartment with a terrace this is what you need!

A very enjoyable stay! The apartment is perfectly located – close to a beautiful beach and charming restaurants. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking sea view. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. The owner was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive – he even helped us arrange a taxi for our return trip. The price was very reasonable considering the quality and location. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

It was a little noisy on weekends due to passing cars under the windows.

Location, spacious, fully equipped. The lovely Georgio was there to meet us & help with suitcases. Has absolutely everything you need - equipped kitchen, wash machine & even wash liquid. A few steps from restaurants & the beautiful beach with very safe swimming. Great big balcony.

If you’re looking for a place where you can stay and watch sunset over Mondello and people mingling around city square, you are at the right place! The place is very spacious, equipped with everything you need for a vacation. It so close to the beach that you can go few times in a day which was very convenient for us because we have a baby. Terrace is amazing! The biggest plus of this property is its owner. He is a kind of person that you would like to have as friend. He will answer every question that you have and save you from the situation that you think are hopeless! We have only the most beautiful words about him and the apartment!

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for us. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax, and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, like beach towels, a parasol, and other essentials. It saved us the hassle of bringing those items along. The host was very nice and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend it to others!

Nothing - it was great.

Location - the property was just set back from the square enough not to be noisy but to still feel part of it. The property was spotlessly clean, modern and had all the things we needed. Thank you for the kind gesture of the supplies in the fridge. Giorgio was a great host and met us without delay and was available throughout. The roof terrace was also really good with a great view and peaceful nature.

Electricity in the house operates with a key that must be inserted into a socket when you enter the apartment. This key, along with other keys needed to access the property, cannot be separated. If there are more than two people, it becomes quite inconvenient.

Perfect location, big terrace overlooking Mondello. Really close to the beach and restaurants.

At night the street was loud, it was hard to sleep.

Host was very flexible regarding our early arrival and late departure. We got Beach towels and sun umbrellas. Location was very good, nearby: restaruants, pharmacy, Beach, market.

I loved the position of the flat. The convenience of it being in the centre of Mondello is TOP notch! The terrace was amazing, even better in person to see and experience it. The host was professional, kind and they also welcomed us with a small welcome present 😁 A sun umbrella is also available to have for the beach + beach towels. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your apartment! Definitely coming back another time!

Pillows were like rocks and air conditioning was only working in one room. We slept very bad because of that.

Host was very nice, welcoming and courteous. Appartment was just as in the pictures and location was perfect, just by the beach

Really lovely balcony with view of main square, 2 minute walk to the beach and very clean and spacious apartment. Giorgio was very welcoming and helped us with any queries we had and even booking some activities which were great. Would highly recommend, perfect stay
