We liked everything about MareMo rooms. Easy self check in, great location close to the old town, a very comfortable room (we slept very well and the room was cleaned every day). We also loved the amazing roof terrace and luckily we had it all to ourselves. Our host Marco checked in on us to make sure we have everything we need.

Convenient location, exceptionally clean, great shower - pressure/hot water. Comfy bed, had a great sleep after a long day travelling. Luggage storage also available. Also, light refreshments provided for breakfast/snacks 😊

Perfect place for a stay in Tropea. Close to the train station and the town centre but in a quiet area. Marco is an exceptional host. The room was cleaned daily. The little touches like refreshments and snacks were awesome. The rooftop was nice to sit down in the evening with a drink. Will come again next time I'm in Tropea.

There were some very small lights (green one above the bathroom door and the TV light) in the room which I could not turn off at night. Also I could sometimes hear neighbours coming in and out of their rooms when in the room.

The property is conveniently located – it’s a short walk away from the city centre. Marco was a great and responsive host. The communication with him regarding checkin was pleasant and friendly. Marco made sure that I could leave my two suitcases at the property to go to the beach before checkin. The room is small but very nice and has a newish feel to it: it is well decorated and has a comfortable bed as well as a well equipped and thought through bathroom. Everything was pristinely clean. Aircon also worked really well.

Although there was not a balcony or view from the room it was ideal as a base for exploring and relaxing. We made use of the terrace to relax in the evening and morning.

The room and accommodation were amazing. Everything had been thought about. Although we did self check-in, Marco was there to support and guide us on the phone. The roof terrace was lovely and it was a short walk into Tropea. The room had everything we needed and was beautifully arranged and set out. There were also thoughtful extras like snacks and drinks and their attention to detail and service was incredible. Absolutely recommend this place, the owners clearly care about the customer experience.

The apartment is ideally located 10 minutes walk to the right spots (Centro Storico, beaches., stazione ferrovia, supermarket). Communication with host was good and check in easy. The room is vey clean, is situated at ground level but has a window. This keeps it cooler during hot temperatures. It has an AC but i didn't feel like starting it as it was perfect without it even when outside were +30 degrees C. I was offered water, coffee, some snacks and an analcoolico with juice on the house. Internet ok. Beach umbrella offered too. Good value for money!

I wish a hall room which is a common area were a kitchenette or a least had a comfy chair for reading

It was perfect for my short stay. The location is very quiet, close to center, everything new and clean, great shower and a comfortable bed. Marco was fast to communicate. He very kindly let me check in way easier and check out a bit later. I got a bottle of vine as a gift, thank you. Overall, it's a great value!

Just came back from a truly wonderful stay! The hotel was incredibly clean and well-kept, with every detail taken care of. The rooms were cozy and fresh, making it feel so comfortable. The service was excellent—professional, kind, and always helpful.Even if it's not included, they will help you with everything. What really stood out was the owner—so welcoming and genuinely nice. You can tell they really care about their guests and take pride in the place. If you’re looking for a peaceful, spotless, and friendly place to stay, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I would definitely recommend MareMò! The location was excellent, a couple of minutes' walk from the city centre or a 10 min walk to the beach. The hosts were really very kind and very helpful; they even gave me a lift to the station - which I really appreciated as it was raining. The room was comfortable and clean, a great shower which is always a plus; the bed and pillows also super comfortable. And goodies in the minibar fridge...

I liked everything.

Very comfortable, clean, modern room within walking distance of the train station and town center. Everything was excellent. In a very quiet area. No problems checking in. The host even offered to pick me up at the station. Plenty of soap and shampoo. Complimentary coffee and tea and snacks. I highly recommend this place.

MareMo is a wonderful place to stay if you want to visit Tropea. The location is close to the sea and you can find a los of cafes and bars at the surroundings. The room has all of the utilities needed including a very nice air conditioner to hide from the heat and the interior is just visually pleasant and impeccably clean. You can tell that a lot of attention was invested in this place. Marco was also very kind and responsive, I had a problem with a light that I couldn't turn off and he came in ten minutes and fixed it. I would absolutely recommend MareMo for a long or short trip.
