Rafael is very nice. It was wonderful stay. New and celean apartament. Very teasty breakfast. Near to city center and the beach.

Room was simple and plain but adequate. Floor was slippery in the bathroom and there was a huge step up to a small shower. Water temperature was very inconsistent. Would have liked to have more than 2 pillows for the bed.

Met by 2 hosts that were friendly and spoke English which was appreciated. Food manager gave us a list of options for dining out. Refrigerator and Air conditioner worked wonderfully. We were able to park our car on the street nearby. Location was walking distance to the beach (just be prepared for lots of steps). Had to leave early so didn't get to enjoy the breakfast but the breakfast room seemed like it would have been another plus. Nice to have a beach towel offered, thank you.

We loved our stay at La Maison, the location was great close to the town, a short walk to beach, they do a great breakfast every morning and Raffaele & Paola who run the B&B were just lovely and accomodating to any request, really clean and spacious rooms would recommend!

We loved the location. Additionally, Raffaele and Paola were the best host ever. Super kind and welcoming. Great breakfast too! We parked the car at the street of the B&B and we did everything walking. Super convenient!

The water pressure and temperature in the shower could be a bit unpredictable at times.

Great location - just a 5-minute walk to the city center and about 15–20 minutes to the beach. The hosts were incredibly friendly and easy to reach via Whatsapp, and the breakfast was fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast. The room was spotless, cozy and with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in while traveling. Breakfast was definitely a highlight fresh, homemade, and shared in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. What really stood out was the hospitality; the hosts were kind, attentive, and gave fantastic local recommendations. It really felt like a home away from home. I can’t recommend it enough!

Raffaele and Paola were the best hosts! They gave us a lot of advice on the region, and their breakfast was great. It was a pleasure to come to La Maison Derrière and we will keep a really nice memory of this trip thanks to their warm welcome!

Location to old town was very close. Raffaele was prompt to respond to texts and made himself available to guests. Paola was very friendly and happy to assist with breakfast choices….which were very ample. Great parking available in front of accommodation. A wonderful experience was had by all.

Honestly, no complaints at all. (apart from the wasps that got into my room but they helped me lead them out.)

Location was definitely not too bad, about 10 minute walk from the old town and all attractions/port, little further away from the train station. The walk was a little difficult as Tropea is built into a cliff. Paula and Raffale were exceptional hosts. Were so kind and helped me check-in in much earlier than they normally do. The were so kind and even gave me recommendations of stuff to do while I was there. Breakfast was also very comfortable and they were very accommodating.

This place was a fantastic location for staying in Tropea. Close enough to everything but not in the hustle and bustle of the tourist district. The hosts were amazing and provided us with fabulous suggestions of where to go to eat and things to do. The breakfast at this place was exceptionally good!! We will be back 😊

Perfect with many strong points - nicely decorated and very clean rooms, lovely hosts that were very helpful, great location and few minutes on foot to the old center, easy parking, great breakfast with homemade ingredients, and a great patio to relax outdoors.
