It was a super nice experience, exceeded the expectations. The rooms were super clean and tidy, host was super welcoming. Breakfast was diverse and served with a great care. The only thing is that internet was not working inside of the room, that was the only thing that was not expected, all the rest far beyond the expectations.

Everything was perfect. I made a mistake with booking but the host went above and beyond to make up for my mistake. It was amazing. We stayed with a friend, the house is in great location, had parking right in front of the building, super convenient location, next to centre and all restaurants. Perfect base to go on a hike on Etna. Would highly recommend it. Extra bonus points for espresso in the morning :)

The apartment is impeccable. Very comfortable, clean and new. Mr. Massimo is a great host and we felt very welcomed. He did everything to make our stay perfect - even provided advice on the Mount Etna tour. I loved the complimentary coffee. Location is also very good, with easy free parking on the street right in front of the house. Walking distance from city center - and still a very quiet street.

We have been in numerous accomodations in Sicily but Il Borghetto di San Giuseppe has to be the best we ever stayed in. Our room for 5 people was very spacious, always clean and equipped with everything. Breakfast was superb and always came with a wide choice. Above all, Massimo is a great host who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We will surely come back and highly recommend this accomodation in Nicolosi.

The room was very spacious. They upgraded us in a bigger one with living room because we were with the kid. They were very nice to wait for us patiently although we got late because of plane and car rental delays. There were all the needed amenities, the bathroom was huge and even with a washing machine. The room had direct access at the garden which was really nice. The breakfast had plenty of options and the host was there all the time to make sure that we had everything we needed. It is a great stay in Nicolosi, especially when you plan to explore Etna park from there.

Very nice apartment, very spacious spotlessly clean and furnished with everything you might need during your stay, there is even a washing machine which after 10 days of traveling came very handy. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. The breakfast was excellent. The host was wonderful, Valeria and her brother took very good care of us. She answered all our questions regarding visiting Etna and also gave us advice what else to visit during our trip.

absolutely superb stay! spotlessly clean place, room and common areas tastefully decorated. Beautiful big terrace with flowers from which you can see only small, partly view of the Etna vulcano. Parking our car nearby was easy. In the bathroom and kitchen all the necessary amenities. The owner and his daughter are extremely nice, helpful and proactive. Our flight was delayed and it was late in the evening, but still owners gave us warm welcome. We were given even warm welcome tea. The breakfast was rich and wonderful - the best Gluten Free Breakfast I've ever had on an overnight stay. the normal breakfast option was also very rich. there were even different types of nuts on the table, strawberries, quality sweets, hams, cheeses, eggs and a hot croisants baked by the owner's daughter. voucher for a free hot drink and a cake at the top station of the funivia dell Etna cable car. Everything was perfect - higly recommended. Thank you!

Our stay couldn't have been better. There's nothing to improve. I do suggest you come with your own transportation as taxis aren't too reliable.

Massimo and his family were so helpful and so accommodating. They came for us at the airport and helped us settle in. Since we arrived early, they even prepared breakfast for us, which i can tell you was such a relief with hungry little children in tow.
