Beautiful property. You could just stay here the whole time. Food and drinks offering are great. Massage in the outdoor relax area was delightful. Also close to the beach- nice walk through the nature reserve. Lovely staff!

I wanted to give them 5 stars so bad, but they came up short on a few things. We went to get into bed the first night and the sheets were dirty. There was a chocolate color stain and lots of hair. They came in immediately and changed the sheets, but it left a bad taste. Also we did yoga, which was great, but the mats were cheap and slippery.

The pool was amazing and the staff was so welcoming. We were able to order drinks at the pool and the service was great. Our room was large with a large bathroom and walk-in closet. We had a private patio with a fabulous view of the sunset. Dinner was great and breakfast had so many options. The property was beautiful.

This was a stunning property with beautiful views and the loveliest staff. The accommodations were also new, well maintained, and very clean.

The accommodation is set on 2 floors, a detail we missed when booking. The metal staircase to the bedroom, (all other facilities on ground floor), should have some form of handrail. Breakfast was disappointing.

Very well maintained grounds with beautiful views. The pool and its facilities are excellent.

Perfect hub for exploring the Noto region. The whole place is superb with lovely, large rooms, plenty of stunning spots to enjoy the views, fabulous infinity pool and excellent food in the dining room. The staff were absolutely lovely and always ready to help (in several languages). Marvelous stay!

A short stretch from the main road to the property is bumpy and dusty macadam.

The atmosphere is lovely, peaceful, and tasteful. The staff makes you feel welcome at every corner. The views from the room terrace and main propert garden are beautiful. Breakfast is varied, local, fresh.

There is nothing not to like about I Carusi, it is a fabulous personable hotel in a fabulous location, great restaurant and all the staff are five star they were all so warm and welcoming.

Nothing, except the Sicilian musquitos which is nobody’s fault.

The place is beautifully located, well maintained and genuinely small scale that it feels like home. The seaview from the infinity-pool was stunning. The breakfast which is served at table (no buffet) is very refined. The food at night was really good Sicilian cooking, without being overly fancy. The room itself was a duplex with great comfort and facilities, and a nice seaview. Due to the fact there are only 5 rooms, it is quiet and restfull, but the staff is nevertheless attentful without overbearing.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Excellent location for exploring the south part of Sicily. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. The suite was a good size and the bed was really comfortable. The food was particularly good and we would love to return some day:

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and a wonderful view. The staff provided amazing service, nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail was superb, for example a bowl of food and a glass of water were brought out to the pool whilst sunbathing. It was a really nice touch. Also, beach towels, bags and umbrellas were provided for our use.

The property is unique and perfect.

This is an outstanding place to stay. Genuinely paradise. The setting has been created with love and knowledge. Every attention to detail in the accommodation, linen, Sicilian toiletries, all respect for a bio and eco pledge. The menu is sensational, celebrating the land and natural produce. Fennel from the fields, almonds from the trees. Simona and her team have realised something very special indeed and are to be congratulated. Thank you.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Everything. It was paradise. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We don’t have a single complaint. We travel extensively and this was one of the most special places we have ever stayed at. We HIGHLY recommend it.

The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed very comfortable. The property is very well cared for and the staff is welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal because, while it allowed us to visit Noto, Ragusa, Siracusa, and Marzamemi, it gave us a beautiful and peaceful place to come back to and relax.
