The house was perfect. Gianmarco was exceptionally kind, always ready with helpful information and quick to answer any questions we had. The property is charming, beautifully maintained, and very well equipped. Its location, close to the center, makes it ideal for exploring the surroundings.

Everything was perfect! The loacation was good. Host was super attentive and great attention to detail. The apartment is one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at. Would definitely stay again!

The location is very good, all the main attractions are at a 5 to 10 minute walk. The breakfast is in the form of vouchers that you can claim at 3 specific cafes nearby, the voucher offers one coffee+croissant. Out of the 3, i strongly recommend Insigne Cafe. They are extremely permisive and i was able to ask for any sweet or salty pastry and any kind of water or soft drink instead. And i strongly advise against San Nicolo Cafe. The employee who served us gave us attitude, it was hard to communicate even when i tried to use google translate and they stick religiously to the one basic coffee and croissant. As for the apartment, it is equiped with everything you need, including free netflix on the tv. However the bed kinda squeaks so take note of that. Otherwise the host was wery kind. I asked for a bunch if recommendations from places to eat to what to visit and what are the most convenable transport routes and all their recommendations were spot on.

Everything was apsolutly perfect. Room is clean, you have everything that you need it is very near the centar. Our host was excellent,he explained all to us and he was very approachable. We would really recommend everyone who visits Catania to stay here.

We had a great experience, the location is within walking distance from all major points of interest and the room is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The host is also very responsive and provided us with check-in information in a timely manner. Moreover, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

I didn't like that the owner didn't inform me that there was no place to leave my luggage. Only when I asked did the owner send me two addresses where I could leave my luggage. I visited both places the night before, which made me waste time. One cost 10 euros, the other 15 euros. My flight was at 17:55, but check-out was at 10:00. At the same time, the owner gave me the contacts of a taxi radio that would take me to the airport for 25 euros. Instead of recommending Ali bus for 4 euros, advertise Taxi Radio

The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean with the added bonus of your own private balcony. Great communication and self check in and check out. You are given a voucher to use at some bakeries of your choice around town for breakfast which is a nice touch. Any questions were answered quickly. A great stay. Thank you

Very close to the historical center, located on the hill. The location is perfect, you'll find coop supermarket and restaurants nearby. The room is better than most of theq hotels. The bed was very nice (close to latex matrress) and duvet was warm and comfortable. It is noticeble that I didn't feel any allergic reaction from dust of AC, which suggests AC has been cleaned and maintained well. The room is equipped with a small balcony, where I could find tables, chairs, and a small laundry lack (this was helpful!). Bathroom was also very good; high pressure hot water and very clean hair dryer. The best part was the host, who sent me all the information at least one day in advance. This was the best place throught out my holiday and I could take a 'rest' indeed.

Host was really nice, we had very clear check-in instructions and smooth communication throughout our stay! The place is very clean and furniture looked new! Would recommend staying at this accommodation!
