The apartments are beautiful, the balcony and terrace with pool and bonuses. The accommodation is close to bars, shops, beach, the harbour and you have everything you need for a great stay in Terrassini. Becky the host was amazing, she went out of her way to accommodate us, she gave us information of places to eat and drink helped us with transport and finding pharmacies. We would definitely recommended and stay here again.

Becky is so nice! She will help you with anything you need. She even lent us a parasol and some beach towels. The apartment is really clean and has everything you could possibly need. We highly recommend it!

Nothing to dislike

Giada Luxury, Apartments is ideally located in the charming coastal town of Terrasini, Sicily. This town is only 15 minutes from Palermo airport and 30 minutes from the city of Palermo. We absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we booked, everything was handled with absolute professionalism and warmth. Communication was swift, clear, and incredibly helpful, with detailed instructions on free street parking using a local parking pass that allowed us to park anywhere in Terrasini. The apartment building itself is stunning – looks brand new, sleek, and modern with a beautiful creamy white-exterior with large potted cactus plants outside. Access was seamless via a secure code, and the entrance and staircase area was immaculate, featuring polished cream travertine tiles, stunning modern abstract paintings and the air con was perfect the moment we entered reception. Our one-bedroom apartment was a serene coastal sanctuary. It looked brand new, thoughtfully designed in soft beige coastal tones, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect 4-night stay. The extra-large bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the two large TVs, one in the lounge and another in the bedroom, perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The bathroom was luxurious, with excellent water pressure in the shower and lovely high-end toiletries. We also appreciated the balcony, ideal for relaxing in the evening sun or drying off our beachwear after a swim. But the true highlight of our stay was the rooftop oasis – absolutely breathtaking! The plunge pool, modern sun lounges, and daybeds created the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The views were incredible – sweeping vistas of the sea in one direction and majestic Sicilian mountains rising behind the town in the other. It was peaceful, elegant, and genuinely magical. Terrasini itself was a dream – fairly flat, easy to walk around, with a local charm that felt authentic and welcoming.

Great stay, no issues!

Beautiful well equipped apartment, We enjoyed the rooftop pool as well. Our hostess Becky was amazing; so warm and kind and very efficient as well. Parking was easy on the street in front of the building. You receive a pass to put in your car so no worries about paying or tickets. It is within walking distance of the ocean and many shops and restaurants.

The apartment in in a great location and had all the facilities that were needed. The room i stayed in was called Perla and was large inside with a big balcony outside. All rooms were spacious , clean and decorated with great style. The rooftop has plenty of space to relax including a small pool. Finally the hostess Becky was outstanding, she was friendly and professional and helped make my trip enjoyable. She was always ready to help and provided plenty of information that helped me make the most of my holiday. She deserves more praise than I can give in a short review. Thank you Becky !!

Construction noises and thin walls between the apartments so could hear some noise from the neighbours

It was really modern, and clean. Maintenance was amazing and cleaned the room whenever was needed. The woman who owned the property was lovely and really made our stay amazing. Would recommend.

The apartment exceeded very much our expectations. Modern and clean luxurious apartment with a lovely roof top pool. Staff is very friendly and apartment is close to sea and restaurants. A lovely village surrounds the apartment. Highly recommended!

Everything was great

Modern, new, clean and comfortable. Exceptionally well lit. Jacuzzi in the room. Rooftop had a 3 foot wading pool (perfect for cooling off) and cabanas for lounging. Sea View couldn’t be more wonderful! Walkable to everything to provide a great stay! Free parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Elisa asked us if we wanted a sweet or savory breakfast, which is rare in Italy, as their breakfasts are mostly sweet. The food was delicious and well-prepared. You also get sweet milk (with almonds) with a sweet breakfast. The rooms are modern, tastefully furnished, and comfortable. They overlook the street, but the windows are high quality and muffle all the noise! Each room has a large and modern TV, the lighting is thoughtful, and the rooms have underfloor heating and recuperation system. The Wi-Fi works excellently. Elisa really went the extra mile!

Shower is kinda tricky to use. A bit expensive but still very good.

The hot tub and the bed are really good. The hosts are very nice, the view from the roof with the poll was great.

The apartment was fantastic modern and comfortable. Location also is great 10min walk to the beach and 3min walk to the square. Wifi perfect and toiletries available. The rooftop area is great for sunset drinks with a small plunge pool. Daniela and Elisa were so accommodating and always checking if we needed anything. We had a 6am flight and Daniela organised a early 3.30am pick up to airport.

The apartment was amazing, ultra modern with every conceivable item you'd need for a luxurious stay. Location was also fantastic, a few minutes walk to the beach and even closer to the main square. A balcony with a table and chairs was perfect for Al fresco coffee, plus, there's a hot tub in the bedroom! Excellent WiFi and complimentary toiletries were also included. Also, a wonderful rooftop terrace with beds, sun loungers, couches and a plunge pool, perfect for chilling on. A special mention to the staff, especially Elisa, she was so accommodating, helpful and friendly, she really made our stay so special, couldn't recommend highly enough. We'll be back again next year for sure!

everything was perfect

We had a great time at Giada Luxury by Mamamia. The location is very convenient, close to the main piazza and 2 minutes from the beautiful beach. The apartment itself is very spacious and beautifully renovated. The team is extremely accommodating and gave us lots of suggestions what to visit nearby. We will definitely come back!

There were just a few downfalls, we found the shower awkward, as the jacuzzi/shower was part of the bedroom, the water felt like it got everywhere when showering as well as the fact it was a slightly awkward overhead shower. The room was only cleaned properly twice, we had to ask for toilet roll top ups, and for some of the rubbish to be taken out as well as some of it got left (Bathroom and on top of kitchen sides) The rooftop was lovely but the pool was really small which we already knew about, and the temperature of the pool wasn’t cool enough at all, it felt more like a hot tub ( I understand this is due to how hot it was) but with how hot it gets, it would have been far more ideal for it to be kept cooler if possible.

The room was beautiful, very spacious, air con was perfect not too overpowering, the building was very modern, clean and well looked after.

Nothing in particular. We just could not have hot water in the jacuzzi the first night because the faucet was not installed correctly but after the explanation it was working fine.

The apartment was brand new, well equipped and absolutely clean. It is situated in the center of terrasini with many lovely restaurant near the beach. The host was so nice and helped us whenever we had questions.
