What an amazing stay we had ! Perfect accommodation! Lovely bed and kitchen facilities ! The terrace was beautiful we had our breakfast there and evening drinks ! We overlooked a little square with local people who were very friendly. The location is amazing within minutes of amazing bars and restaurants. Luca was fantastic - arranged our parking and loads of recommendations for local places to visit. He was available 24/7 on WhatsApp if we needed him . I would highly recommend this place!

Very small comment but the way the trash is handled in the city during our stay a bit stressful.

The location could not be better. It’s absolutely in the centre of Ortigia and gives you a very local feeling. It’s just a small walk away from all the best restaurants, a quick swim in the sea and the charme of the streets in Ortigia.

The apartment is located in the center of Ortigia Island. Easy accessible walking to all the places. Our host Luca was amazing in communicating and I was glad to meet him. Everything was top shaped, new and comfortable. The initial place booked had some works outside, so Luca gave us an upgrade for free with a much bigger apartment! Thank you! Not to forget the big terrace where you can relax.

Excellent location – close to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment is situated in an authentic courtyard where you can observe real Italian life. There’s a well-equipped rooftop terrace and a balcony perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. A lovely surprise was the welcome bottle of wine, water, and coffee capsules.

There was nothing that I didn't like, except the couple of days of torrential rain, glorious sunshine after that.

The location was excellent, central for everything. The bed was very comfy and the roof terrace was wonderful

I stayed here for 5 nights for a working holiday. The apartment is lovely, clear that it is well looked after. The roof terrace was perfect, just as good as it looks in the pictures. It is in a great location (can be tricky to find initially in windy streets). The host met me on arrival to hand over the keys and give me general information. Overall this was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again. Good to note if you need wifi, the internet in the area (not specific to the apartment) can be patchy at times. When it wasn't patchy in the area overall, the apartment wifi was good and worked up on the roof terrace too.

Luca was very friendly and answered all our questions quickly. Location was fantastic everywhere walkable Bed was too comfy. We slept alot! Bedding and towels super quality. Plates and glasses the best we have used on all our travels. The icing on the cake was the very large private terrace. Perfect to enjoy a glass of wine that Luca left. There was 1 sunbed, 2 comfortable chairs and also a table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast. The pictures don't do the terrace justice Thankyou for an amazing stay

Not much bad to say. The outdoor entry setting was somewhat deceiving in that it looked like a run-down dirty old neighborhood. however, the neighbours were true Sicilians…. Very kind and friendly and passionate about life. It truly added spice to our stay.

It was fairly central and near to a car park which was recommended by our host -Luca. BTW…. Luca was an amazing help for everything. Very kind and responsive. The stay was a funky loft with a rooftop terrace… very cool.

There is a deposit of 150 eur in cash that you have to leave at check-in and then you have to receive it back at check-out or prior the check out, which was a little embarrassing.

It is definitely a charming place. Great location in Ortigia - in a small square - with some abandoned but really beautiful building and other where locals leave, in the heart of the city, close to everything. It is beautifully designed apartment with very comfortable bed, lovely balcony over the small square and a rooftop terrace. Unfortunately because of the shower rains and strong winds we could not use the terrace. Luca, our host, provided 5-star service - from communication prior the the stay until its end, he arranged a parking near the place (20 eur per day), he also arranged the pass for the LTZ in Ortigia. An espresso maker and espresso capsules as well as a welcome red wine. It was a great experience for Ortigia exploration.

Apartament is situated in perfect location, with calm neighbourhood but at the same time in the heart of the old town district. All attractions are very close to the place, within few minutes of walking distance. The roof terrace of the apartament is absolutely great place for spending time during the day, having a dinner or breakfast. The manager, Luca, was very helpful and very responsive. I would love to come back to this place.

There wasn't enough hot water. We had to wait for it to heat up after only a very short shower.

Clean and comfortable. Once we'd understood the payments - cleaning, City car tax etc, Luca was very friendly and helpful. He booked us a lovely boat trip.

It is a bit tiny but has everything. The courtyard you need to pass to get to the appartment is a bit shady and it would be ok to have light by the entrance

Very well situated in Ortiga, the terrace is beautiful reached by very steep stairs. Luca, the host very friendly and could always help out and share information
