Franco’s place was very clean, comfortable and has perfect views of the sea! The apartment is perfectly located on the edge of town, easily accessible to safe parking and all sites and shops.

The only issue we had was that we would have liked a handrail by the stairs up to the bedroom.

We very much enjoyed this apartment. A fabulous location overlooking the sea and yet close to the amenities of the city. Stylishly equipped and decorated and with lovely balconies on both sides of the property providing the opportunity to watch the sea and enjoy the sunshine simultaneously. A very enjoyable stay.

This is my favorite room in Sicily. It has a very good view of the flat! There are two floors in this flat with a balcony. I wake up beside the sun and the sound of the sea waves every morning. There is free champagne, juice, and water in the fridge. It's a quiet room to relax and sleep at night, but it's not far from the shopping street,about a 3-minute walk. I didn't know how to use the European lock and locked myself out on the first day, and the assistant came to save me, hahahahahaha. Thank you so, so, so much! However, it's a bit far from the Deco supermarket, about a 20-minute walk.The bed and pillow are too soft for me.

Great location - quiet but just a few moments walk to the town. However, the real highlight was the unobstructed views of the sea with multiple balconies (both sea and street side). The apartment was light and bright and very comfortable and well appointed (including beach towels etc).

Everything was excellent, the apartment was very roomy for my and my husband, the host was very communicative and left us some goodies in the fridge, the balconies had an amazing view. We will definitely book here again. Also great location

Due to local parking restrictions you must park about 7 to 10 minutes walk in the public parking zones. Also, if you have heavy luggage or you are not able bodied, note the stairs to get to the apartment are quite steep.

A lovely apartment in a beautiful location. Direct Sea views with easy walking access to the restaurants and the town square. Very clean and comfortable and highly recommended for active people.

We had a great stay at Francos. Great location, right on the water. Maurizio is very responsive, extremely hospitable and helped us out when my sisters bags didn't arrive, by liaising with the baggage people when they did. I will be staying again.

We had an issue with water pressure in the shower but it seems there were works in the town causing the issue.

Beautiful location, with the sea surrounding you right below. Beautiful views, very nicely renovated and decorated to match the surroundings. Calm and inviting. Good instructions for arrival and parking from the owner. We loved our stay and wished we had stayed longer.

The apartment is spectacular, facing the sea one side with the Aeolian islands in the distance, and Rocca di Cefalù and the cathedral on the other. The apartment is spacious, very clean and modern, away from the centre of the old town, but within easy walking distance to everything. We had a couple of special requests and Maurizio was very accommodating, and quick to respond.

We had a great stay at Franco's suite! The view and location is incredible. The hospitality and tips from Maurizio were great. The check in process was so easy and we had everything we could need. Highly recommend!

There are only 4 garbage collection sites in Cefalù. It took about 7 minutes to walk to the nearest one (near the main Cefalu beach). This was the only inconvenience which applies to the town in general but not to the apartment. Also, with the 45-degree heat in the whole town, there could be power cuts every 15 minutes, which also applies to Cefalù in general.

This apartment is literally a diamond in the middle of Cefalù. Great location - about 3 minutes walk to the main cathedral, 5 minutes to the nearest beach, 7 minutes to the central Cefalu beach, 5 minutes to the port, 15 minutes to the main train station. The apartment is very clean, and equipped with everything you need, including kitchen utensils and towels. Very comfortable bed, there are many pillows and extra blankets. There are all the necessary closets. Everything is very cozy and conveniently done. The balconies are a separate highlight of this apartment. On one side you have a view of the main cathedral and on the other side, you have a view of the endless sea. The Hosts are a very nice and friendly family that we were lucky enough to get to know them. They were always in touch via WhatsApp and answered our questions at any time, including restaurant or sightseeing recommendations. There were no problems with check-in and check-out, the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us with our timings. We were very happy with this apartment and would love to come back again!

There was nothing sub par about it

I truly cannot speak highly enough of this place. The location was incredible. We were looking for something off the beaten path but with a view and sound of the sea and this was the absolute jackpot.

Fabulous property with spectacular views of the sea ( even from both bathrooms) it obviously was designed for a traveler and their comfort. It is so relaxing hearing the sea at night and watching the sunrise over the sea from your bed. Just at the entrance to the historic area so quiet at night and not too far from the parking. We will be back.
