They are friendly and provide fast laundry service after my TOR race. They also provide a gathering for the TOR runner after the space free of charge.

Nothing really. Everything was great and better than we expected. For our short stay it surpassed our expectations.

The hotel and staff are absolutely lovely. The location is also excellent. Easy want around the city with access to shops, restaurants and pretty much anything you need. And the views from the breakfast room ... breathtaking. The room was also very big and comfortable. Really nothing more we could have asked. Great value for money.

Our little group of five took our rest day here in Courmayeur during our TMB. Everything was great and comfortable. Lovely staff with great recommendations. Filling breakfast. Strongly recommend Hotel Croux!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Courmayeur. The staff were warm and friendly. The beds comfortable. The breakfast-Excellent! We also appreciated their laundry service as were had been hiking on the TMB and needed clean clothes.

The breakfast was spectacular. One in our party engaged a massage on property. We enjoyed our stay and bonus rest day on the TMB. Would highly recommend.

There was no iron, but this seems to be the norm in Europe. Also, the hotel is an older style and will probably need a renovation soon, but for the price we really couldn't complain.

Comfortable room with a big window and mountain views. The bed was comfortable and the shower/tub was nice to have. There was also a bidet in the bathroom. The breakfast was incredible - the best hotel breakfast buffet we've ever had. You could get bacon/eggs on request, and there was a massive spread of pastries/tarts, cereals/yogurts, bread/salami/cheese/spreads. Would stay again, especially considering the value for money (everything is crazy expensive in Courmayeur!).

The pillows are a bit hard.

The team are so genuinely caring and enthusiastic in making you feel at home. I stayed here for the 2 days preparing for UTMB TDS 2025. There were a bunch of runners staying. The hotel is 70 meters from the start so it is probably one of THE BEST locations for a TDS start. The place is comfortable and ticks all the boxes of a simple comfortable hotel. The team made sure I went to the best restaurants for the final pre race carb load.

Great 3-star hotel with 4-star room and 5-star staff. Comfortable bed, great water pressure, clean and modern room. Laundry service super quick turnaround. Breakfast was good as well.

Incredibly helpful staff, great advice, cheap washing for our group. Great breakfast, perfect location. Nice balcony. Discounted tickets for the Monte Bianco gondola.

The automatic corridor light was a pain when going to the bathroom at night as it stays on for a while.

Wonderful lodge super close to the bus stop and Tourism office. Nice common spaces downstairs and outside to enjoy the sun.

Very close to the information center and shopping street. Carrefour express is just crossing street. The staff is very nice and helpful. They can hold our luggage for free. We love it and recommend this hotel to others.

Location is very close to the center of the town and right next to the bus station. The staff were super friendly and gave us really nice tips about our hike.
