We had a great stay in this apartment, located just 12 minutes from the train station and right in the city center, close to the sea promenade. The apartment is brand new, beautifully designed with an authentic touch, and features a spacious bedroom and bathroom. Check-in was smooth — the door was opened remotely, and the host was always available and in constant contact throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Nce position of the apartment, close to old town marina. The apartment is very spacious. In the apartment there was everything needed. Nice communication with hosts. Water in the fridge was very handy too. Perfect stay in Bari. Fully recommend!

Honestly, I can’ say nothing. It was perfect.

The owner was very kind. We could store our packages earlier and he told everything about the apartment. The apartment was better what we expected. Modern and authentic in the same time. We loved the huge interior height of the rooms. It was close to the old city and the train station. We could see the see from the balcony. With two children the apartment was perfect.

A lot of noises in the apartment. Might be a problem for light sleepers like me. Water pump is pretty audible. And everything that’s going on in the inner yard can be heard through the window as it doesn’t close tightly enough.

The space was really lovely, the deco was very nice, and comfortable. I would very much recommend this place for your Bari stay. It was the easiest communication with the host, the host was very welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy.

The kitchen could use a microwave and a sharp knife. There is some noisy pump in the bathroom that goes on when you use water.

The location near the promende is the biggest advantage. There's bakeries and coffee places nearby and a playground, which is great if you travel with children. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfy. The kitchen was fully equipped.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Bari! The location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town and only steps away from the sea. The apartment is modern, super clean, and very comfortable, ideal for a family of four like ours. Everything feels brand new and well-maintained. Alessandro, the host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us great recommendations for exploring the city and the region.

Nothing , if I have to point something it was strange only that there is a window on the bathroom from which everyone in the kitchen can see how someone takes a shower. But it wasn’t big deal.

Great communication with the host. Good location, near to the sea. A lot of places to eat near to the apartment. We were with rent car and we parked on the street near to the apartment. The host was nice, everything was organised, was clean and we had everything. Nice plus was the Netflix channel. It was great that there was 2 bedrooms and both of the were huge! Nice view from the balcony. We were with 3 years old child and he loved it. The beds were very comfortable.

Thanks to Silvia and Alessandro for the welcome and for the recommendations for Gelateria Gentile where we tried the most delicious ice cream. The apartment is very big, it's a 10 minute walk from the central train station and we found it easily. It was clean and furnished with everything we needed. There is a large supermarket very close by. In 10-15 minutes walking we reached the old town.

The lack of bathroom products - soap, shower gel, shampoo. We were in winter time and you must discuss about the central heating - we had it, but it's controlled through wifi. For the summer time there are 2 AC so probably it would be perfect. We didn't have the possibility to leave the luggage after check out(10;20am), other guests arrived, not the owner's fault but still uncomfortable to me.

Excellent location, 10 min walk to the railway station and 12 min to old town, close to a supermarket, and pastries you can find anything you want within a walking distance. Very nice apartment, high celling, balcony that you can see the sea from, extremely clean, very nice design, good space, coffee capsules, it was really nice.
