Lovely clean property in fabulous location - quiet at night, but close to all the action! Nearby supermarket and butcher if you want to self-cater, but also easy stroll to some delicious restaurants and bars! Great base for exploring Noto and its nearby beaches - don’t miss Agra Lido in San Lorenzo, just stunning!

Decor is a bit dated but authentic. Pillows were too thick & hard for me. My husband was okay. I just stuck a decorative pillow in my pillow case instead & then I was fine.

Location was great. We had 3 bedrooms so the whole upper apartment. Beds were comfortable. Terrace was super nice. Laundry worked well-set us up for the remainder of our trip. Kitchen had everything. Parking on the streets worked out every night but never right in front which wasn’t a problem. There was a temporary parking area to load & unload luggage.

Luca is a wonderful host. The home is exactly what the pictures show - fantastic! Location is perfectly in the center of Noto, but at the same time away from the crowds. Even parking on the street was easy. Highly recommend.

Stairs to kitchen on 2nd floor steep with no railing. Front bedroom overlooking street noisy due to cars, motor scooters cutting thru to Corso Vittorio Emanuele as well as garbage trucks in early morning hours

Some of the information on Booking does not match reality. We were disappointed that the house did not have an additional toilet. Another disappointment was the coffee capsules, which did not fit the coffee machine. The kitchen lacked sugar and napkins. After we messaged Luca, he brought some, but they were the same capsules meant for a different coffee machine. In the end, we couldn't have coffee with breakfast on either morning. Also, keep in mind that there are quite a few stairs to climb – the bedrooms are on the second floor, and the kitchen is on the third floor.

The house is in a great location in the city center, within walking distance of the main attractions and right across from a small bakery. There are free parking spots nearby, although parking is not the easiest. Luca is a good host – he was waiting for us in front of the house to check us in and recommended places to eat. We had good communication with him via WhatsApp.

A wonderful house one street away from the main pedestrian street which is truly spectacular. Noto is a must visit place. Exceeded all expectations. The house was huge. Beautiful bedrooms. Everything you would need. Lovely terrace. Luca the host was great. Opposite a local bakery which was lovely. The lady gave my young daughters a treat every time we went in. People were so friendly. Would love to return again.

Great location, across the road from a bakery with delicious croissants, 100m from a mini market and a few minutes' walk from great restaurants. The house has comfortable bedrooms and a lovely terrace where we enjoyed spending our mornings. Luca is a wonderful host who was at our disposal with recommendations to the most beautiful beaches and the best restaurants. We will be happy to return.

Could not be better.

Luca is a great host and the property was spotless clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. You can smell the tasty baguettes from the nearby bakery from the terrace which is fantastic. The main promenade is just around the corner but the quarter is quiet.
