Only negative were the stairs if older patrons who need to take it slower.

Great historical center location. Near good restaurants and old center sites. Easy walking to all places and shopping areas. Free parking nearby. Luca and son were super attentive to help with luggage , parking and amenities any time. Rooms were very new and comfortable.

We only stayed at Luca’s place for one night but we had the best night sleep ever. The bed is super comfortable, the room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Instructions to access were very clear. There was cake, yogurt and fruit as well as hot/cold drinks available for breakfast at the property but we also got a voucher for breakfast at the local bar nearby. We cannot recommend this place enough! Grazie Luca

The only downside was the stairs. The apartment is on the second floor and there are a lot of steep stairs. Not a problem for us but less mobile folks might struggle. Again a mention of Luca who nobly carried most of the bags

We loved the striking contrast between the ancient doorway leading to a traditional courtyard and then the super modern, top quality interior. The host, Luca, was so kind and helpful. He greeted us warmly, helped with parking and reserved a great restaurant for dinner. The location was ideal, close to the wonderful old town. It really was a special place to stay

No hot tub on our room. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us but the photos show a hot tub in the room. The room we stayed in didn’t have a hot tub. There are buzzers and codes to get in to the building and apartment. A little bit confusing in the beginning but fine once you know what to do

This place is located very conveniently to explore the old town and the new town without being inside ZTL. Luca is a creative, gifted and kind host who did everything possible to make my stay amazing (among other things: great restaurant recommendation for dinner; could leave my bags at the property before checkin time; hassle free checkin with a friendly colleague of his; great communication; three breakfast stages including a voucher for a nearby cafe). The room is clean, well designed and offers all amenities including aircon, tv, coffee maker and a minibar with lots of free water. My bathroom was pristinely clean and had a nice big shower. The bed was comfortable – I had a relaxing sleep. The price of the room includes private parking (friendly staff) around the corner from the property. There is also a small shared kitchen with snacks and a nice coffee machine.

There's nothing we didn't like.

The owner, Luca, has obviously taken great care and attention to detail in furnishing and equipping the property. We had everything we needed, including delicious cakes and coffee anytime we wanted them. The property is also within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Luca is an excellent and very helpful host. We will definitely be returning.

The two flights of stone stairs are a good exercise when arriving tired.

My only criticism is that for a family of 4 the room is very small and can’t really accommodate a family with two kids.

It was very clean and the location was perfect as it was close to the main strip of Cosenza. Luka was a very helpful host and was already to answer any questions when needed. Highly recommend and will consider again on my next trip.

Bed though it has memory foam mattress was slightly too soft for me (must admit I am a somewhat overweight person).

Everything was great except for the bed- wife loved it, it was too soft for me. But… given the location it was surprisingly quiet and comfortable. If ever would return to Cosenza, there is no doubt we are staying here. Breakfast in the nearby cafe was superb, honestly great even given the Italian breakfast culture doesn’t match our Nordic approach. Slice of baked goods with zucchini on top was out of this world!

There was a lot of stairs and no lift. We had big suitcases and although it was so lovely they helped with them, we were told the structure was on the ground floor which it was not - perhaps a lapse in language communication between us but that was the only down point.

Lovely little room and great little breakfast bits and juices we could have. Also gave us a coffee in the morning!

Completely renovated interior, camouflaged in an old palazzo. Very close to the historic center and the beautiful river Crati. Every little detail taken care of by Luka, our refined host who proposed and got us reservation for a great restaurant. I have to give him credit also for the 3 step breakfast : in the room, in the premises and at a nearby cafe. We travel by motorcycle and he provided us with a safe space to park.

A wonderful place! We loved the elegant, modern renovation of a historic building. Our room was comfortable, impeccably clean and quiet. We appreciated the breakfast room with fresh pastries, as well as the breakfast at the nearby bar. The owner went above and beyond to welcome us and gave us great suggestions for enjoying Cosenza. He kindly organized a transfer for us from the train station, and accompanied us himself at the end of our stay. True hospitality! Excellent location on the edge of the historic center of Cosenza with many restaurants nearby. Thank you Luca!

First of all, the communication with the host was very very good. Very helpfull and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants etc. The location was very nice as well, just next to old city center, where you've the most sights to visit. Breakfast was different but a nice experience. The breakfast started small in our own bedroom. By walking out, we could enjoy some different cakes and pies (very tasty chocolate pie!). Eventually, we got a voucher to go enjoy a coffee and croissant in a little local bar, 5min walking to the city center. We really enjoyed our (short) stay and I would recommend this air B&B for visiting Cosenza!
