Good location, literally in the center of Catania. Surroundings is great, and convenient traffic. With lots of high recommended restaurants, coffee bar, and souvenir shops. Only a few walk takes to have breakfast and dinner. And the inner part of the apartment is great also, super happy with the terrace, full of shinning, so lovely.

The kitchen area is new and well furnished; however the sink is quite small if you plan to cook and then wash the dishes. The wooden area get wet very quickly which is unfortunate as it is a very nice refurbishing that the owner has done. Some arrangements would need to be made to protect the area - or more dishcloths would need to be provided.

Wonderful location in the middle of the city, close to all the places one would like to visit. The owner is very helpful - we’ve had a delay in our plane and he waited for us while not necessarily leaving around the place. The apartment is clean and the balcony is very welcome to relax after a day of walk. Thanks 😊 for all your support and your kindness.

The property is located in the heart of Catania. Everything is walking distance to any landmark. Once you enter the property first thing you notice is how clean and organize everything is inside. The incredible views from the property are just breathtaking , waking up to the melody of birds for us was just a treat. Everything was spotless and they provided mostly everything we needed for our stay including some delicious coffee.

Great central location, in the middle of many good cafes and restaurants, the apartment is on a shopping street so you won't need a car at all, the bed is comfortable and the cleanliness is excellent and the kitchen is fully equipped with a nice balcony to have coffee in the morning, The owner is a great person, proactive and gave useful advice, we will definitely be back

Liked everything. The only suggestion is to put a hook in the bathroom to hang towels after a shower.

The location was the best. Easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It even had a washing machine. Felt very safe there.

It had a great central location, it was modern and had a lovely balcony to relax on. Fabio the host was great. He provided us with lots of information, gave gods recommendations and sorted out a taxi for us as we were leaving very early in the morning when we checked out.

Intermittent internet. No quilt on bed just a huge doily so it wasnt cosy. Would be nice to have a chopping board and chopping knife.

One of the air conditioners in the bedroom was not working correctly, one room was cold the other not. The owner did send staff up to look at this, however it did not improve and we just put up with it. A service technician needs to look at it.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, the views of Etna are delightful and we did see lava each night we were there. Rooms are comfortable and with the two terrace the views are exceptional.

The Apartment was right in the main Centre with il Duomo and piazza di elephante at your door. The apartment was cosy and quiet. Fabio our host came to greet us. We really appreciated this. Our trip to Catania was to visit family and Badia apartment was an appropriate location for us. Thankyou Fabio for the lovely stay.

Great apartment in a fantastic central location. Surrounded by great restaurants and bars and close to transport. The area is very busy and vibrant, but the apartment is very quiet. Very clean, with all everything you need. Fabio met us on arrival and is extremely nice and very helpful. Thank you for making our stay in Catania such a good one!

We had to walk a couple of blocks to get water as it did not seem the best idea to drink the water as it is stored in tanks. There were no paper towels and only one dish towel, making it challenging to eat in the apartment and clean up. No dishwasher .

This two bedroom apartment is perfectly located on Catania’s town square with a magnificent view from the terrace and within walking distance of most sights. The beds were comfortable and the facility was clean. Our host’s mother let us in and gave us a tour while Fabio was easily accessible by What’s App. Fabio gave us great information on how best to see the city. We rented a car and it was easy to park close to the apartment.

Nothing not to like.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, gorgeous large outdoor terrace with a view of a duomo and Mt. Etna. Best of all, Fabio was the best host ever, so helpful and informative, friendly and professional. I would never stay anywhere else in Catania. This is the absolute best location, steps from the Duomo and main square, yet very quiet inside.

The person on the ground floor, has an attitude problem.

The main gate can be opened using a mobile call or using the key. The elevator uses key to open and activate. The main door to the apartment can easily be accessed using key or code access. The view of Mt Etna from the balcony. The location is central and walking distance. Fish market was super near.
