We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

LatviaThe bedframe in main bedroom with every single movement in the bed was hitting against the wall:) a bit annoying was the door to the bedroom, that get always stuck by opening.
We enjoyed that there was code instead of the key, so we could free come and go, what was great because we were 6 persons. The apartment was very spacious and authentic and there was absolutely everything we would need, even more. And the balcony with the view over the sea, valleys , Trapani and Favignana island was amazing! Everything was really clean and the location was good, not too far from touristic places, but with privacy and a bit more quiet

We stayed in the old town, in the center of the historic city. The entrance to the apartment is spacious, from a narrow street. A large part of the furniture is of an antique type. The apartment is perfectly decorated with terrace on the roof. From the town of Erice, you can take the cableway down, directly to Trapani.

BelgiumLike in most locations on Sicily the hosts leave a free bottle of mineral water in the fridge in case tap water is not suitable. This is standard practice anywhere in Sicily and quality of tap water is out of the host's responsibility.
Great appartement for some days with dishwasher and washing machine. Great terrace with views overlooking the saline marches and Egadi Islands. The appartment is actually better than on photo and has three spacious bedrooms and a grand entrance. We thank the host, Guiseppe for a free ride from Trapani Porto and a free late check-out. Thanks Guiseppe for all your care!

United StatesHost did not greet us as advertised on Booking. It is a self checkin. No written instructions to find wi fi , turn it on or turn on hot water or where to park car, which is important in Erice with narrow streets and difficult turns.
