How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We liked the way breakfast was arranged. You buy what you eat, so basically "a la carte" breakfast. For us that meant 1 croissant, 2 chocolate croissants, a tea, a coffee and two apple juice. The coffee was very good and the croissants where big and tasty. Eventuelly we paid alot less then for a buffet breakfast for two adults and two kids, no food was wasted and the quality of the breakfast was better then many buffet breakfasts we had.

Perfect location, very close to the motorway! We arrived late after midnight, the staff was helpful and made the self check-in procedure very easy to follow. The room was large, clean and comfortable! The hotel has free parking on site and underground parking.

I came back from a city walk and my room had the door open left by cleaning staff. Open, not just unlocked, but completely open. I honestly felt not safe there because anyone could have entered the room with my personal belongings inside.
Amenities. The hotel offers free bottles of waters and the room has an espresso machine. Even though the coffee capsules had not been replaced after our first night (no coffee on second night) it was kind of a good surprise.

Limited parking, long wait for service, didn’t find area very safe, we were asked by the staff to take our locked bikes off the bike rack and put in garage as otherwise they might get stolen.
It was close to the Autoroute and has a restaurant.

Underground car park. Really tight to get in and out of. Park in spaces outside hotel if available.
Location was great just off motorway. Rooms were very good. Hotel restaurant excellent.

Corridor lighting is movement generated but stays on only for seconds with the result that I had to open my room in darkness! Breakfast is rather limited.
Staff excellent, rooms impeccably clean and well appointed, superb restaurant, free parking.

Reception was ok but on my way to the elevator with my luggage was accosted by a staff member who wanted to know where the hell I thought I was going. Rude and unpleasant.

Although I checked before through the Internet if the restaurant is open there was no food availabe (it was a sunday)
Nice hotel for a stop-over when traveling by car. Not far away from the motorway. Parking outside is available and free of charge. The garage (difficult access because it is rather small) is available for an extra fee.

You cannot bring food from outside. There is no 24 hour-reception so that if you've got an early exit you resort to using the emergency exit

The location of the hotel is not great for having a quiet stay. There is a busy road right next to it. The room was pretty dark. There is a foil on all the windows. There is not much to see on foot, you will need to drive somewhere to-and-from here if you want to do anything. Breakfast arrangement was confusing.
The staff is nice and professional. If you've got money to spend, the restaurant has good offerings. The room was spacious and clean. Parking on site is no problem and it felt safe.

The parking in the garage was not free, and the lot was blocked off since we arrived later in the evening and we had to park down the street in a separate business lot. Also, there was no way to have privacy in the bathroom- the shower was full glass, right up against the bed with blinds that didn't really offer privacy. I had to stay turned the whole time my adult son was showering. The toilet was also visible the same way. It made for uncomfortable situations.
Friendly staff, easy to find and nice clean room. We weren't there for lunch or dinner, but he restaurant seemed nice.
