Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomI couldnt see a smoke alarm or fire blanket for the kitchen in the property. There might have been a smoke alarm but not sure. The sofa is worn and there is no toaster but there is a grill. A long length mirror would be nice and there is plenty of wall space for one It is a private apartment block so no sunbeds for the pool but its a lovely quiet small pool perfect for a quiet swim. The bag we had didnt fit all the laundry in it at the end of the stay where you have to place the bed sheets and towels in. A large or even 2 or 3 large sacks would have been helpful. You check in at hotel NUM which is just down the road but for some reason when you book it says the Regeant hotel.
The apartment is lovely, very nice, clean, modern and spacious. You leave a 300 euro refundable deposit. It had 2 bathrooms one with a shower and the second with a shower over the bath. It had a balcony with table and chairs. Its in a nice quiet gated apartment block that felt safe and a very short walk from the beach which is just down the road. Mercadona supermarket is right behind it too. The main busy area was about a 15 minute walk but there is also an abundance of shops just down the road from the apartment. There is a nice quiet pool. The air con worked great, there is just sensors that if a window or door is left open the air con will turn off but turns back on when everything closed again There was an iron, ironing board and clothes horse, sweeping brush and mop, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. There was also a handy little pack with a dish sponge,washing up liquid and towel. I would stay here again for a nice quiet stay, there is no pool scene but a nice quiet pool and close to the beach where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. The hotel Num is where you check in just down the road and they did arrange a taxi for us when we asked to go back to the airport which was very helpful.

IrelandMissed having sun loungers for the pool and the steps out of the pool were not secured properly and as a result were a bit wonky.
The property was clean and well kitted out and was close to the beach and the main strip and shops. It was clean inside and out but the lack of sunloungers did not really encourage visits to the pool. The apartment block itself was nice and quiet and the apartment had a nice sized balcony.

PolandLack of hairdryer, really necessary for all the travelers. Lack of soap and dishwashing liquid. Every tourist leaves it in the apartment when he leaves. Better not to throw it. Very poor Wi-Fi.

UkraineThey don't return the deposit. Upon check-in, we were charged a deposit of 300 euros, although this was not specified in the booking conditions. After leaving, we received a letter that 200 euros would be deducted from us, since we did not take out the garbage and did not free the refrigerator, and attached photos, which I also add. We treated the property extremely carefully, washed the dishes, swept. 200 euros as a fine for garbage collected in the trash can is a lot. They don't answer letters.

RomaniaNot all the apartments are the same, although there is just one type of apartment that you can actually book. Some of them have the sleeping rooms facing the hall, not outside. Luckily our apartment had all the windows facing outdoors. Besides these, you cannot book a 2 bed-room apartment for more than 2 people, you have to send them a message and pay additionally. The apartment 4A we had lacks of basic plates, no bowls, no wine glasses or cava glasses. The mattresses are not very comfortable. The WIFI didn't work, we called the reception 2 times, they sent somebody to fix it and it worked just for a few minutes and then broke again. We also asked them to check the noisy radiator. The view is not the best, you can see the back of an old and ugly apartment building, with laundry hanging at the windows. The pool has no sunbeds or umbrellas and nothing to sit on. It is just a pool with concrete around it and no shadow, so it is useless. Nobody cleans the common spaces of the building and the floor is full of traces and water from the people returning from the pool. Generally, it seems the owner doesn't care so much about how the guests feel and the communication is not the best one.
The apartment and the terrace are large, the location is good (near the beach, restaurants and shops). The furniture is new and the maintenance personnel (especially Cristian) was very helpful when we had different problems and called the reception. It has a washing machine which is a plus. The check-in is made at a hotel nearby, but it worked fast.

United KingdomToo complicated terms of stay. Nobody cares about guests. 1. Collection of the keys has to be done in another place. For key collection, they asked a deposit of 300 Euro!!! And force us to sign an agreement that nothing has to be changed in the apartment during the stay. Like if we leave plates in the dishwasher they will fine us, if we leave unwashed tableware they will fine us, if we leave rubbish in the apartment we will be fined etc. etc. I always thought that cleaning the apartment after guests is a host's responsibility. 2. Finally when we leave they return the deposit through their banking system which arrived just after several days. This means if something is wrong we have to communicate with Hotel where we picked up the key and paid the deposit. 3. Host doesn't communicate with renters, just sends standard formatted messages. 4. Tel number they provide doesn't answer. 5. There is no information on wifi login, so I was forced to walk to the hotel where I picked up the keys again for the WiFi password. 6. Town itself is too crowded. All restaurants' rating is overrated and absolutely doesn't correspond with reality.
Location of the property is quite good.
