Not possible to have lunch or diner but some good restaurants close by.

Fine staff. Helpful. Good breakfast. Nice room. Airconditioning working good. Not all rooms have that though. So always check at your time of booking.

Would be good to have extra towels if you are using swimming pool as don’t want to make ones in room wet, we’re given towels when we asked no problem . The swimming pool water was a little bit on the old side but we enjoyed it

Family room for 4 could be renovated. Some of the lights in the room didn't work, no additional towels and no bathrobe for the wellness. No parking agreement with near parking spaces.

Location is perfect. Rooms are clean and with good size. Wellness is small but it has enough facilities. Good value for money.

The elevator broke down several times a day. There are 2 elevators (which is not enough for the amount fo guests), of which one lead to steps, so not wheel chair friendly. At the bar, there was no bartender; so the receptionist or nightguard needed to cover the bar as well, leading to long waiting times. Several beers were sold out already on Friday evening 9 PM. At breakfast time on Saturday, there was not enough room to sit so we had to wait and it was very understaffed. The wellness was first locked, so I needed to ask the receptionist to open it (it should have been open at that time). It was also a bit outdated. One of the 2 infrared spaces did not work; the hammam was a very dark place with holes in the ceiling, there were other holes in the ceiling of the complex as well. The swimming pool was not very safe as the depth was not mentioned for the deep part of the pool and the ladder steps were narrow and very slippery.

The breakfast was great, a lot of choice, freshly baked eggs, cake, nice fruit salad, juices and sekt etc. The room was large and clean. The pool is beautiful and has a nice size.

-The sofa bed was uncomfortable -The pillows are sooo thin, they’re needs to be change now -The water in the pool is cold, not recommended for young children

This hotel is not oceanfront as advertised, elevator was out of service, shower could be better.

In general the services were good. Some of the staff members were unfortunately not so welcoming. The hotel has a very nice bar, getting served was a challenge though. Very sad 😢 Also we were located at the first floor. There was an awe full smell in the corridor, which was when we complained, explained by a leakage in progress of being repaired. A heads up on this incident (which happens) would have been welcomed.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Central close to most commodities

It isn't easy to find the stairs to the breakfast place. The lift takes me just to the spa centre. I wasn't the only one who lost in the coridors :)

Location is very good. There is a big parking close to the hotel, the breakfast was rich and very delicious.
