We were originally going to stay for 4 nights but decided to change our plans on short notice. The owner was very accommodating and let us change our booking, despite it originally being non-refundable. Great customer service!

The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better – right by the beach with stunning views. The rooms were beautifully designed, modern, and very comfortable. Throughout our stay, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I especially want to highlight Hein at the reception. He was outstanding — organizing everything we needed, with incredible attention to detail. Hein’s warm personality really stood out. Thanks to his efforts, our stay was smooth, relaxing, and completely stress-free. He truly made a big difference in our experience.

With laundry, taxi/ free shuttle and drinks services. The staff was carrying, contacting me before arrival, taking care about my transfer from Samui to Koh Phangan. Great location, and swimming pool was clean, not sure but probably even with sea salt water? I didn’t feel too much of chemicals and chlorine there. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Set in Baan Kai beach. All At Sea Beach Resort provides a home away from home feelings, 10 minutes drive from Thongsala pier and 15 minutes drive to the famous full moon party beach Haad Rin and only 10 minutes to Halfmoon Festival. I absolutely loved this place, the location is absolutely beautiful, rooms are super comfortable and clean, the pool was so nice, the food everything was amazing. The staff were definitely the stars of the show though they were absolutely amazing so attentive and caring I will definitely book here again.
