We liked everything about our stay...we could do with more activities for adults as well as kids...maybe a game room for kids...the Spa could have much more affordable rates...it was so expensive that nobody out of our 22 family members could afford it...apart from that the chalets were really good.Guest review byLutchmanna - 10.0
This small town is a must visit.
This small town is a must visit. If you are looking for untouched and raw nature, please book a stay here. We came back rejuvenated. The people are so kind. Our highlight was driving to theQhekwana village to get fresh seafood and African dishes from Ncumisa's placeGuest review byCikizwaSouth Africa - 10.0

So clean and very pretty with lots of benches to stop and contemplate - the boardwalk and promenade was so nice. Very quiet and one of the best kept resorts in SA I think. Not much to do but relax and swim, but in easy reach of East London and suburbs and Chintsa etc.Guest review byLesley WoodSouth Africa - 10.0
Our stay at Purple Haze was fanstastic!
Our stay at Purple Haze was fanstastic! Louf and Thembi were warm and welcoming. Purple Haze is so peaceful and a perfect escape from our busy lives. The rooms are clean, comfortable and fully equiped. We were surrounded by breathtaking views of the beach and the Cintsa landscape. We would definitely visit again. A perfect mother and daughter vacation stay. Thank you Louf and Thembi ( MamZangwa).Guest review byNoluthando - 8.0
Coffee Bay is beautiful but neglected & poor.
Coffee Bay is beautiful but neglected & poor. Hole-in-the-Wall is beautiful. Roads best to be travelled during daylight - some gravel areas, free-roaming cattle, goats & sheep that cross as will. Take own food & bottled water. Restaurants serve food but offerings are limited as replenishing supplies does not happen on daily rotation so be flexible about what you expect to find. We had no Vodacom service but had MTN reception. To see Hole-In-The-Wall (HIW), go to the hotel for a coffee before /after your walk & so you can park at hotel & prevent from being accosted by locals wanting to act as unwanted guides. Be mindful that locals will just join you as you walk to HIW, we did not ask for directions/ask him to be our guide nor did he ask if he can be our guide - but he did ask R 150.00 pp for a 15min walk when we returned to the hotel after walking to HIW (which we did not pay) & he did say with that he has done working for the day - 9H45. If you feel you want to be guided, best to negotiate a price upfront. There are beautiful areas to hike & run along the coast, also gravel roads along the coast for trail running/walking.Guest review byDesireeSouth Africa - 6.0
I canceled Mfuleni because of transport.
I canceled Mfuleni because of transport. The place is good for someone with transport. But the owner disappointed me the way she handled my situation. Claiming that Booking.com didn't pay her. And she can't give me.back money as I canceled. But my stay in Butterworth was good. Except that disappointedGuest review byAphiwe - 10.0

Whilst the room was compact, it was perfectly laid out and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. We would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for accommodation in Morgan’s Bay.Guest review byNadineSouth Africa - 8.0

Neptune's Cove accommodation was right on the beach and we enjoyed beach walks morning and evening. Most of the shops have closed due to Covid-19 so we drove the short distance to Morgans Bay for shop and restaurants. Also drove over on the ferry to Trennerys on the north side of Kei river.Guest review byMurray MartinSouth Africa - 10.0

Liked the accommodation and cleanliness and easy to check in for other rooms needed. Disliked kitchen service the food. Bar area. Staff and the buffet offered. They were very mean and couldn't handle the situation I just think that they should invest more on teaching their staff of their products kitchen or bar and also don't about offering a buffet to people cause you pay for a buffet and don't get it in return.Guest review byWendySouth Africa
