Very clean. That was key. Every bathroom stocked and clean. The coffee and tea availability 24/7 was fantastic! Flavored creamers too! The fresh cold water available in the lobby was also a huge plus! The staff on Monday March 18 were exceptional. Continental breakfast area was very busy but the staff was on top of keeping tables cleaned as they became free and the breakfast was very well stocked . Very pleasant and helpful young man at front desk too.

    Everything about the stay was good. The staff was excellent. The lady who was there 8/9-10/2025 doing the omelettes was so pleasant to my son. She made a dolphin out of a banana for him. He was so happy from the appreciation he actually cried and hoped to see her again.

    We were only there a short time.

    We were only there a short time. Most of our stay was in Winter Haven. The restaurants we went to were great and people were friendly. The Cattle Ranch Restsurant was delicious. Best steak I've had in a long time.

    Staff is great. Not really a place for kids. Beds and pillows comfortable Terrible location. Nothing much around. I booked because I thought it was close to Sanford airport. It was still 20 minutes away at 4 am. It would have been nice for business purposes

    pre cruise stay. wish we could have gotten a hotel shuttle...

    pre cruise stay. wish we could have gotten a hotel shuttle to the cruise port. we usually stay at the Comfort Inn in Orlando when we fly in to Orlando. We flew in to Sanford so I was looking a place to stay that provided airport shuttle and continental breakfast. will stay there again if we fly into Sanford again.

    The proximity to the airport, parks, and downtown were just right for us. Enjoyed some great dining (Dave’s Hot Chicken and Royal Rasol Indian restaurant were standouts). We had a fun time at Congo River mini golf.

    We had just returned from a cruise and needed a hotel for 2...

    We had just returned from a cruise and needed a hotel for 2 nights before our flight back home. I have never stayed in a hotel like this. You have to ask for a coffee pot and hair dryer if you want them, you have to take out your garbage to a room down the hall. The ice machine didn't work but the lady at the desk got some for me. It was very clean and nice but the beds were a bit firm for me. Lots of places nearby to shop and eat. It is not easy to get around Sanford, too many divided streets that require you to go several blocks to make a U turn to go back to where you wanted to go. Very frustrating.
