We really enjoyed our stay at Alpine Inn. From arrival to departure, we only encountered amazingly friendly staff that always had an open ear for each and any question and was helpful throughout our multi-day stay. Great team you got there, guys.  While the hotel has a fun theming when you see it from the street, it may look like your standard motel from the courtyard - but the rooms are way better than standard motel rooms. We have rarely, if ever, experienced rooms that were so spotless clean. And I really mean spotless, from door to bathroom joints. We have stayed about 3 1/2 months in hotels, motels & vacation rentals in the last 12 months, from Deluxe hotels and Disney Deluxe resorts to moderate hotels to motels and Alpine Inn's rooms were hands down the cleanest rooms we have been staying at for a very long time.  And don't forget the mattresses: very comfy and on par with the very "famous" "Disney Vacation Club mattresses" everyone who has ever slept on raves about.  Housekeeping during our stay was also perfect. Even when we left the room late on some days (we are lazy 😂) housekeeping still did what was scheduled for the day (really wouldn't have expected this).  Overall Alpine Inn offers a great value for the money, especially considering how close it is to a popular tourist destination like Disneyland (10 minutes walk) and the Anaheim Convention Center (just on the opposite side of the street) and we can highly recommend staying there and will also stay there again ourselves, next time we visit Disneyland.     When the time of our check out, my daughter forgot our...

    When the time of our check out, my daughter forgot our mangoes in the table, she realized it when she came down , I was at the reception area to check out, so my daughter told me she go back to the room to get her mangoes, but sad to say, the room cleaner said , there was no mangoes at the table. Can you imagine in less that 5 mins the mangoes are all gone, so I’m just curious, every time we request for a makeup room, what are the possibilities of them the room cleaner attendants , for being honest & not taking any items from our luggage or shopping bag once we just leave it on the floor . That’s the only problem I encountered in your hotel. Honestly up to now I’m still worried if I lost something or not.

    The city was clean and nice.

    The city was clean and nice. We felt safe walking late at night. There were some mental heath homeless people at night. But durning the day we did not see anyone sketchy. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. We has a car and were able to see other areas that were not as well kept as Anaheim. It would have been nice to have more time to see more of the area.

    This place is smelly, we got in the trash can is not even empty, dirty wash towels on top of shower hear and overhang, smell pee on bathroom floor, the cleaner was in the next room and kind enough to clean our bathroom. No fire alarm, went to the front desk and they know.just too tired to check everything we want to get some sleep and leave the next day. Bed and pillow is sunken and gave us back pain and headache, what a day. Remove this from your list it’s not a good place for family.

    We love staying at this location, because it is close by...

    We love staying at this location, because it is close by other restaurants and markets that you can walk. This location is excellent for not having to get up so early for an early flight at LAX. The shuttle service is a huge plus for us as well. It’s nice to have a little breakfast before we have to leave. This is our go to lodging when we fly out of LAX.

    The arts district is very cool, loads of great restaurants (try Lola Gaspar for Michellin rated tacos and great cocktails) and plenty of other cool bars, as well as Mexican street food vendors and cool galleries, shops and a couple of art-house cinema's. Would definitely go there again.

    I've stayed in many hotels and the staff here was one of the best! the location is convenient for traveling to neighboring cities/towns/beaches. There are shops/restaurants within walking distance as well which was a nice added bonus.

    Outright lying on Booking.com.

    Outright lying on Booking.com. ADverstises as Breakfast included but has not breakfast. Even the apology of a coffee vending maching is non functional! Rooms and corridors are poorly cleaned and dirty! I will never again book on Booking.com since they obviously do not vet the property!
