- From US$130.90 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 5.9Passable - What previous guests thought, 1,379 reviewsBeautiful location and view from room; large room & jacuzzi tub; restaurant and basic amenity store on location so we didn't have to leave again after checking in (and a long drive!); awesome, friendly, and caring staff. The building is old, but the owners are obviously trying to address concerns one by one to ensure comfortable stays... nice towels, bedding, pillows, etc.Guest review byKerrilynCanada
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.9Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 23 reviewsOur hosts were really friendly and welcoming. Brian had great recommendations regarding things to do and see in the area. The breakfast is out of this world and the best we’ve had in any bed and breakfast that we’ve stayed at. Comfortable and excellent views from anywhere on the property. This was our third stay and we will be back again.Guest review byJasonSwitzerland

Crescent City was a charming place with all necessary amenities (Safeway, Liquor Store, Dispensaries, Walmart, thrift store). The beach was adjacent to where I stayed. Great place to stop overnight or in which to spend a few days. There are also two or three casinos very close by.Guest review byHogue - 6.0

There wasn’t as much to do in Eureka as we thought there would be. We like to walk and do birdwatching. There were not a lot of trails for this. We did drive around the marsh, but there were not a lot of safe places to pull over and identify the birds we were seeing. The highway circling the marsh was a nice drive, but the traffic was fast , so not a lot of opportunities to enjoy the scenery. We decided it wasn’t really worth the trip from Crescent City. If doing it again, we would skip Eureka.Guest review byK BritvecUnited States - 10.0
Restaurants were all over with food for every palate.
Restaurants were all over with food for every palate. The Redwoods are close. Elk viewing was close. Beaches were great, can’t blame the City for the cool weather. Camping and hiking opportunities were plentiful. We didn’t fish, but talked to several fishermen who came back with nice catches and or photos.Guest review byLarryUnited States - 10.0

Conveniently located between the coast and the Avenue of the Giants. My Apple maps listed the Avenue of the Giants as 'Permanently Closed'. It is NOT closed and I am glad I looked up the current news for the area. I'm glad that I took the drive again and got out to walk in the forest and breathe!Guest review byScottUnited States - 8.0

Trinidad is in a beautiful location on the ocean and in the redwoods. We like to go in the summer to escape the heat and be out in nature. It is also home to the amazing Larrupin Cafe. This is a beautiful restaurant in a very unexpected location. Arcata is only about 15 minutes away and is a funky little college town with good restaurants, brew pubs and a farmers market on Saturdays with outstanding organic and home grown produce.Guest review byDeborah - 10.0

Klamath, CA. is a Native American town where the Yurok People live and the Klamath River joins the Pacific Ocean. The reason to go there is to get to know the Yurok Culture and history, while enjoying and respecting the magnificent land they care for, that they call home. Plenty of outdoor amazement to be had in hiking along the many trails through the Redwoods, beach walking wild stretches of coastline, camping in the misty, magical forest. Don't come here expecting big, or even small city entertainment. Come here with renewal of the spirit in mind.Guest review byJulieUnited States - 10.0

If you've never seen Redwoods, I highly recommend going. This area is perfect for it. Lot's to see and do. Highly recommend having your own rental car because you will be driving a lot to experience what this area has to offer.Guest review byManuelUnited States - 8.0
Beautiful beaches and close to the Redwoods.
Beautiful beaches and close to the Redwoods. Arcada has a very cute town square with some very nice restaurants like Brio's Bakery. They have great pasteries, and wonderful a breakfast and lunch menu.Guest review byMelanieUnited States - 6.0
Love this place, beaches and views are great.
Love this place, beaches and views are great. Try to catch it when it is not so foggy. Do not stay at The Inn of the Lost Cost. Run down and not maintained. overpriced. We had luxury spa suite, and the tub could not be used do to trickling hot water pressure. Told the manager within 15 minutes of us being there, he said he would call a plumber and get back to us. we were there for 3 days and never heard back from him and the problem was never fixed. Took 45 minutes to check in since the manager was not on site, office was wide open and nobody there. Had to call his cell and wait 30 min for him to come and help us. Asked for room to be cleaned on the 2nd day and maids said they forgot? Toilet kept plugging up and they had no plunger in the room, had to ask maids to fix.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
Ferndale is a very welcoming small community.
Ferndale is a very welcoming small community. We spent time doing a lot of walking and just enjoying the cool weather, shopping and the casual atmosphere, Several restaurants were closed on Monday and Tuesday, so we were limited on the choices. We did have really good pizza at the Pizza Place on Main St. We visited the Ferndale Cemetary and enjoyed the history and the views of the surrounding countryside with dairies and farm. The beautiful Victorian Homes throughout the town was a real highlight of the visit. A perfect getaway.Guest review byKaren LouiseUnited States
