Everything was perfect. I arrived early morning and I have early check in without any fee. I also got upgraded room without fee. Staff was very very kind and helpful. While I waited for the room they offered me coffee and cake and also tea. Being in The Conforium Hotel was such wonderful experience

We had a fantastic stay at Ramada Van! The hotel is located on the shores of the Van Lake and offers its guests the most amazing view ever! It is about 13 km far from the city center, which can be easily reached by taxi or public transport. We used the Van Bus App to track the bus in real time. The hotel also organizes private tours to the various touristic points, which we highly appreciated. The facilities and rooms are spotless clean and well-kept. The hotel offers non-smoking rooms; fast internet connection; and quiet air conditioner - although we preferred to open the window and enjoy the fresh air and the fantastic lake view! All staff members were very attentive, efficient, and friendly. Breakfast was full of fresh and delicious typical Turkish specialties, including a great assortment of Van cheese, warm dishes, breads, patisserie, and fruits. Everything about the hotel was exceptional! We would like to thank all staff members for their kindness and hospitality and hope to stay at Ramada Van in the very near future.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I don't remember all the names, nevertheless, the reception lady, Tuba, and the staff, Turgut bey were kind and great. They gave us excellent advice on where to eat and shop.

The hotel is on a side street, just far away enough from the main street that it isn't too noisy. We were there in winter, and I was thankful that the heating system was working very well. Breakfast was decent, and the staff worked hard to get the food out (many tourists from Iran the weekend we stayed). Harun, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly, he can arrange whatever tour you are looking for. There is a ton to see in the region by taking day trips. Free tea on the first floor. I would definitely stay here again.

    The views of the surrounding snow capped mountains were truly beautiful. Friendly welcoming people & the food was very good. Very easy getting around & the taxi operators were pleasant. A very good value for money short holiday. The boat trip on Lake Van to Akdamar Island was beautiful & interesting.

It serves as a popular destination for many people who travel from Iran by car for short holidays and shopping trips. What makes Van especially appealing is the availability of numerous Turkish franchise brands, allowing visitors to enjoy reliable and affordable shopping experiences, often at lower prices compared to Istanbul.     Am working since 20 years at 5 stars hotels. The hotel certainly exceeded our expectations, from the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and very helpful and very accommodating. Me and my nephew were impressed with the hotel and bathroom. The manager Mr Caner very nice person and front desk and bell boy very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better. I would recommend this hotel to everyone
