Owner/menager top person! Very kind, smile and helpful. Room beautiful, clean and big. Very comfort bed! AC. Nice flowers outside the hotel and place to relax. Near to beach. Good and delicious breakfast. Coffee yummy! Shame that we can stay only one night.

Our host was the best! Chatted over google translate and had some great advice. Stored our luggage for a couple of hours after check out which was a huge help. Our apartment was large and had everything you need. 2 air conditioning units which were a must in the heat. Comfy bed, nice shower. Excellent location for us in the centre and 5 minutes walk with luggage to the bus depot to get on Gulet.

Ali and his father are legends! They could not do enough for me and the food was incredible. Turkey, does not have much in the way of sweet things (desserts) this place had ample and they were gorgeous! Location was perfect, comfortable, clean and exactly what I needed after two weeks walking the Lycian way. Will be back!!!

We took a room with its own kitchen and refrigerator. The room is very clean. The owners are available at the reception all the time, you just need to call. We liked everything. The car was left right in front of the entrance. There were no cars there in the evening, but during the day you will have to park your car in a parking lot nearby.

Absolutely adored this place. One of the best places I have ever stayed. Don’t wanted to leave. The view is amazing, spacious balcony, the rooms are very comfortable and super clean. Yusuf is the best host, prepared a really nice breakfast and dinner for us and organized a great boat tour, absolutely recommend!

10 of 10. Definitely recommend for staying. I was staying in different parts of Kaş, and this side is one of my favourite. Beautiful landscapes, and views are incredible. Our room was quite big and comfortable. I like style of this hotel, location and everything gives modern and nice vibes. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I very enjoyed by our staying there.

The apartment was wonderful, exactly same as the pictures. They had a pool the jackuzi and everything. The internet was the fastest I have ever seen and we were working the whole time, never had an issue. Stayed here for about a month and a half and our host was incredibly helpful with every single detail. The washmashine, dishwasher, fridge were all new. The kitchen had everything for a long stay. The house was incredibly comfortable as well as the bed. Thank you all so much for a lovely trip! The nights were silent. It is just 10 minutes away from the main Kas meydani. The bedroom and bathroom was upstairs which made it amazing for privacy- also the privacy of the whole place was amazing. Also never had an issue with showering at night, there is hot water. The house was clean and new. Very happy!
