- From US$175.29 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 844 reviews-> The building itself is Very Nice ! Lovely Thai architecture. You are never disappointed and the domain (farm, pool, stable, gym, main building, beach) are all close to each other (a buggy is available for the person with limited mobility or lazy) -> the breakfast is good. I would rate it around 80%. There are an ‘occidental’ part (eggs, beacon, sausage and all usual stuff), a ‘Thai’ part (Thai dessert, eggs, very good local fuits, and every day a different set of Thai main courses) and a Chinese part as well (soups, noodles, fried stuff, sauces, …) and a part with sushi. Food is good, seems of good or very good quality. -> lovely pool (two sub part for the main one, allowing a space for children and another one for adultes) and a pool for the lounge. All three of them are clean, water is at the right temperature for south thailand. It is easy to find a seat and or bed to rest near those pools. -> the rooms are well decorated, spacious, bed are confortable. We got à communicating room. Bathroom is above average in term of space/decoration. -> the lounge is open from 11am to 10pm. There are always food (thai & occidental) -> staff is nice (which is quite common in thailand anyways) but within Dusit Thani hua hin, you feel that the staff care about your wellbeing. Special thanks to the person operating at the farm (buffalo, goats, chicken and tortures) which is very clean (for a farm) and animals lovely and obviously well treated all year long. Activity to plant rices, feed animals and pet them are interested for all children’s ( from 4 to 18 yo). -> check in / check out is quite fast.Guest review byAlexandreFrance
- From US$111.70 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very good - What previous guests thought, 255 reviewsThe staff are really lovely. You can order a massage at the front desk and the masseuse comes to your room. As of Feb 2025, 400b for a Thai massage and 600b for an oil massage. You can take a tuktuk to the market for 80b roundtrip or it's a 25min walk. It's a 10min walk the other direction to the mangrove forest. There are laundry services for 35b per piece of clothing and they'll do it within the day if you send it in the morning. It's mostly Thai tourists there, everyone really nice and respectful. There's a fire show on the beach at the weekends too. It's good value for money considering the high quality of the location and beautiful swimming pool. There's also a cafe next to reception with really nice quality iced coffee and drinks. A real luxury cafe.Guest review byYasamanUnited Kingdom

The staff - reception and restaurants and general staff are amazing. Go out of their way to accomodate your wishes. Example if you like a particular food they will try and get it for you and if you like a particular food at breakfast, you will be asked ea morning whether you would like it. And it will be delivered to your table.Guest review byHelenAustralia

Bangkok as a city has everything for every type of traveler.
Bangkok as a city has everything for every type of traveler. If you want luxury shopping experiences you can visit the Rolls Royce, Mont Blanc. or Prada stores in the higher end shopping centers. If you want to haggle and get some local souvenirs you can hit any of the night or weekend markets for exactly that. If you are looking for cultural experiences there are temples, classes, tours and other options so you can learn about the fascinating history of the country. Sports Enthusiast? You can take in the fights at the worlds only Muay Thai specific stadium. Bangkok and Thailand as a whole is one of the worlds treasures, it is one of the few places that I recommend to anyone looking to travel and have adventures.Guest review byMichaelUnited States - 4.0
“The beach itself is not among the best on the island.
“The beach itself is not among the best on the island. It lacks proper facilities, and umbrellas and lounge chairs must be rented separately. Overall, if you are looking for crystal-clear blue waters and soft sandy beaches, this may not be the ideal choice.”Guest review byMohamedUnited States - 10.0
We recently visited Chiang Mai and had a great time.
We recently visited Chiang Mai and had a great time. Mid Sept is still off season and occasional rains but its not a spoiler at all. Awesome places to eat and shop. Weekend visit is recommended as lots of markets are only on weekends so can take advantage of that. Amazing Vegetable and fruit markets. Would be great to take a Airbnb and cook a nice meal while there. We visited Thaphae Gate, Jingjai Market, Wat Phra Singh, Wat lok Moli to name a few and they were all good. We recommend Siam Bike rentals for good deals for Bikes. We stayed at Jonah hotel and it was great value for money. Eating places Bodhi Cafe , Khoi Soi Mesai and Coconut shell restaurant to name a few. The night market near Marriott Hotel is a must visit.Guest review byNiharIndia - 8.0
Fast motorcycles driving on Soi Buakhao.
Fast motorcycles driving on Soi Buakhao. Can be dangerous walking. Cars and motor cycles don't always yield to pedestrians even in crosswalks when traffic lights are present. Baht Buses always yield to pedestrians. Great mode of transportation.Guest review byMark GregoryUnited States - 6.0

If you want the beach and trips from the beach to the islands do not recommend you go this time of the year. As three single travellers there were very few bars, lots of restaurants that sold alcohol but no bars you could sit at and have a chat only found four and three of those were a good 30min walk from the centre. Ao Nang seems to have changed a lot over the years and has lost a lot of it's character as it is now catering more for families, which is not a all bad if that is what you are looking for but comparing it with Hua Hin, or Koh Samui, it just doesn't.Guest review byDennisAustralia - 6.0

Fantastic location. I wish they could do little more on the breakfast . The room is ok. I don't like when you have to take shoe off when you go in the lounge or the restaurant. The lounge need to updated. Staff resting on rhe sofa too which is weird.Guest review bynoreeThailand - 10.0

Stayed on the beach and didn't venture in to the town of Chaweng, or the high street, didn't need to. A mix of resorts and hotels on the beach, from 5* to 3*, all offering great locations, food and friendly service. Some were child friendly, and very shallow waters safe for kids or non swimmers. Some hotels were adults only. It's been 10 years since I last visited and it's better than I remembered.Guest review byVictoriaCyprus - 10.0

If you consider to come to Pattaya for a holiday - Pattaya South is a good choice, away from the noisy and bustling Walking Street, with a good beach nearby and sunk into dosens if not hundreds of bars cafees shops markets, well, and massage parlors too.Guest review byDarth AlexUkraine
