Wonderful little resort to find as we traveled through Thailand. We booked because of the swimming pool and on site restaurant, wanting to cool down and relax after the driving. What a pleasant surprise! The room was very nice, super clean Thai style, and the pool was just a lovely bonus. The big surprise was the food in the restaurant Coco Bar. Thai people cook well but did you know they can also cook foreign dishes better than we can? The pizza was the star of the menu. We were told that they make their dough by hand on-site and believe me it was delicious. We spent most of our time in the resort to rest up before heading out on another long drive and ate 3 meals there. I can also recommend the burgers. Comfy beds and really friendly staff topped off a lovely and relaxing stay. I’m not sure why the only other review was negative, it looks like sour grapes after silly people brought a dog to a hotel and obviously that’s a bad move. Highly recommended.

    Everyone, the staff and the owners are the best! So much hospitality; and so much care for their guests. Took me in as their own and helped me even on stuff they weren't obligated to, like helping me get a motorbike license! And indeed pet friendly. My cat really enjoyed our stay there.

    Dont let Google Maps drive your hire car thru the Sisaket...

    Dont let Google Maps drive your hire car thru the Sisaket Fresh Markets on any day morning. Once you have committed to the drive through, you have to drive forward only. You have to keep forging forward to enable escape. If you find yourself in this predicament just smile at the frowning locals and don't tread on the gas. Try not to scratch your car. Be Polite. Have patience with country folks. Nearly all the villagers are Farmers and farm very well to put rice onto our tables. Tips are for everyone who assists or serves you well, expect to tip. It is never expected, but always appreciated. There are cultural events that can be attended and helps to have local friends knowledge before attending. Lots to look at, a short drive to Cambodian border, and National Military Park, We fly into Ubon Ratchathani from BKK about $110AU and then drive to Sisaket is about 1 hr. Maybe going to stay at TreeTop next Visit a little out of town and very nice. Sriliamduam is also out of the town bustle and if you like to be in town Stay at The Gallery Hotel Great Restaurant WAECHIM
