- From US$263.69 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very good - What previous guests thought, 41 reviewsSince this is our second time, we decided to try the smaller studio instead of the 1-BR residence. The size of the studio is perfect - about the size of an average Asian hotel room. It’s simply furnished and comfortable. We loved that it is slightly further away from the hotel side so it’s generally quieter but just a hop from the breakfast and dinner restaurants. The restaurant staff are amazing as usual, especially the ones having to deal with mad hungry crowds at breakfast. The dinner restaurant staff, esp the male team leader who speaks well, was amazing and energetic - helping my husband navigate his allergies and dietary restrictions.Guest review byFarah AzizSingapore
- From US$23.78 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 353 reviewsTop notch, I arrived slightly early and was granted early check in. The room was efficiently designed, extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. They provided two glass bottles of drinking water. It was a nice change of what appeared to be the standard of low quality drinking water in plastic bottles. Another nice feature was the nearby 7-11 which was well stocked, much better than any other I had been to in Chiang Rai.Guest review byT-1000Canada

We recently visited Chiang Mai and had a great time.
We recently visited Chiang Mai and had a great time. Mid Sept is still off season and occasional rains but its not a spoiler at all. Awesome places to eat and shop. Weekend visit is recommended as lots of markets are only on weekends so can take advantage of that. Amazing Vegetable and fruit markets. Would be great to take a Airbnb and cook a nice meal while there. We visited Thaphae Gate, Jingjai Market, Wat Phra Singh, Wat lok Moli to name a few and they were all good. We recommend Siam Bike rentals for good deals for Bikes. We stayed at Jonah hotel and it was great value for money. Eating places Bodhi Cafe , Khoi Soi Mesai and Coconut shell restaurant to name a few. The night market near Marriott Hotel is a must visit.Guest review byNiharIndia - 8.0

Beautiful place destroyed by young travelers mainly Germans and British coming for the tipsy tubing on the river...really stupid and dangerous attraction...The authority should stop this! Otherwise it remains a beautiful area to visit.Guest review byMatthieuSpain - 10.0

I wasn’t sure about taking the extra trip to Chiang Rai but it was so worth it. It’s a more relaxed vibe than Chiang Mai. It feels very authentically Thailand with beautiful scenery. There’s lots to explore close by and compared to anywhere else I’ve travelled in Thailand I found it cheaper. There’s a great Saturday night market where lots of the locals come together for food, music and dancing.Guest review byMandyUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Sukothai's National Park with the ruins of the temples were probably THE BEST I've ever seen. Breathtakingly beautiful and amazing. Don't miss the separate temple ruins at Wat Sri Chum. Ethereal!Guest review byAnonymousUnited States - 4.0

There really isn't much there to see as a tourist. The city is not pretty or anything special. We were at Sukhothai and decided to travel here to extend our mini vacation. I would not recommend it for a visit. The only highlight for me was the SGT MAJ Folk Museum. This is a must see, if you are ever in the city.Guest review byNashboroguyThailand - 6.0

I found a lot of the locals to be quite stand offish with white people. It was the only town we visited that felt like that in all of northern thailand. for that reason, I would not come back to Lampang.Guest review byJustineAustralia - 10.0

Nan is an interesting town... There are lots of temples and history from when it was a kingdom. I was visiting during the low season, but during my 10-day visit, I could see something every day. But you must realize that this is not a holiday site where you can enjoy daily fun and entertainment.Guest review byHarri PekkaFinland - 10.0
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lhong Chiang Dao...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lhong Chiang Dao Glamping in Chiang Mai, and I can confidently say it was one of the most incredible hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the host and staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. Every request we made was met with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, which made our stay even more special. The glamping site itself is immaculately maintained, with cleanliness being a top priority. Surrounded by the soothing sounds of a nearby waterfall 24/7, it truly felt like we were immersed in nature. It’s the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle of everyday life and reconnect with the serene beauty of the outdoors. One of the most magical moments was at night—around 11 PM onwards, the sky came alive with countless stars, offering an awe-inspiring view you rarely get to experience in the city. If you’re looking for a solid glamping experience with unparalleled hospitality, breathtaking natural surroundings, and starry skies, Lhong Chiang Dao Glamping is the place to go. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful yet enriching escape. Thank you to the entire team for making this a stay to remember!Guest review byTanSingapore - 10.0
