    We have only compliments regading the U Jomtien experience. From the beggining of our journey we felt like home because of the room facilities and breathtaking view . The location is in the quiet area of Jomtien beach but easy to reach all the main atraction of Pattaya. But all the experience could not be amazing without the wonderfull staff . I want to mention escpecially the breakfast team: Kung(so kind and always smiling) Pon(hi class customer service) Den(very work orientated and carefull) Bas( always up and down replanishing the food from the buffet and still smiling ) All the staff from the hotel had good energy and always customer orientated. Thank You for everything

    This hotel is located near the pier and 5 minutes from the Walking Street, 7/11 shop is also near; the room was clean and overlooked the sea, it was fantastic. The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfast time is from 6.30 to 10; perfect for everyone. Check-out time is 12.00. If you want to go back to Bangkok, there is a bus station 5 minutes from the hotel. All in all I would recommend it 100%!!

    Fast motorcycles driving on Soi Buakhao. Can be dangerous walking. Cars and motor cycles don't always yield to pedestrians even in crosswalks when traffic lights are present. Baht Buses always yield to pedestrians. Great mode of transportation.

    If you consider to come to Pattaya for a holiday - Pattaya South is a good choice, away from the noisy and bustling Walking Street, with a good beach nearby and sunk into dosens if not hundreds of bars cafees shops markets, well, and massage parlors too.

    It's raining season in Thailand now. Therefore, the sea's water on Jomtien Beach is not so clear but it is still available for swimming as well. By the way if you want to take a nap on the beach, you are recommended.

    It was lovely there, definitely the nice part of Pattaya.

    It was lovely there, definitely the nice part of Pattaya. Much quieter and more relaxing. If you prefer to be in amongst the hustle and bustle, you would probably prefer to stay in the city centre. Although it was a very short cheap uber or taxi/scooter ride to the city centre.

    I planned a week here and found enough to do. The food scene is most interesting. Affordable Japanese, Thai & seafood. Koh Si Chang was disappointing, but didnt see it all. For most travellers, a few days. Its busy, its different! Authentic Thai + Japanese culture without the commercial tourism. Make sure you have Google Translate, cash for the street & smartphone banking/credit card for the Malls.

    I like this area because it is a short distance to the hustle and bustle of Pattaya or Jomtien, but it is quieter and less expensive. If you're looking for a party atmosphere, this isn't it. But if you're looking for laid back bars and restaurants and affordable hotels and vacation rentals near the beach, it's great.

    Several good beaches. Our favorite was Tien Beach, for its beauty and big sandy beach. Also some excellent restaurants within walking distance. Well worth learning to ride a motorbike before you come.

    I've lived in Thailand now for 1.5 years and this was easily the worst 'vacation' experience yet, including 3 months here as a tourist in 2023. It's almost as if Bang Saen is anti-farang, maybe because Pattaya is only an hour south? It was as though I was an alien wandering a foreign land -- caught numerous people pointing me out to their friends as though they've never seen a white person before. The beach is so terrible that I hesitate to call it 'a beach'. Trash everywhere, water literally unswimmable due to logs, metal poles, and general debris. All the restaurants are also music clubs and everyone is confused and somewhat dismissive of farang -- can't get a drink, can't get anyone's attention. Once again, maybe the thought is that all farang belong in Pattaya or something and they want to keep Bang Saen only for the locals. Regardless, it was a complete waste of 2 days of holiday. And just to crown it all off, my 09:40 bus never came. Of course there was no apology or explanation, just a new ticket for the next bus back to Bangkok in an hour. It was all just a total waste of time, money, days off, and left me feeling like I need a 'real holiday' as soon as possible. 0/5

    hill side villa does not have swimming pool attached in the house you have to walk 4 minutes walk to the public pool . You have to check the photo clealy before made booking. The villa have no car park in the house you have to park beside the road in front of the house. The villa have 2 bedrooms but have only one air condition in one bedroom the other room have only the fan. The villa is not well maintenance even have wifi but didn't work. TV also have but cannot turn on as well.
