the location was beautiful but of course there was plastic garbage everywhere the staff was very nice and the food very good

It seems like this is a 'brand new' hotel (April 2024). It was extremely clean in the room (and bathroom) and had all built-in features. I arrived early, so parking was plentiful. The hotel could double as an extended stay, budget-friendly service apartment if necessary. The balcony was big. The room was quiet. There is a fuel station nearby with a small convenience store and PunThai coffee I used at 6am in the morning.
