The room was comfortable and clean. The lobby and the bar have a very cozy and comfy design.
What really stands out is the excellent customer service we had. Jeremy was very attentive and came across as an amazing hotelier, mastering the full value chain of the business from F&B, reception, housekeeping...etc.
The lady at the restaurant in the evening (the one wearing reading glasses and with curly hair) and the waiter at breakfast ( - sorry i cannot remember their name) did everything they could to make our breakfasts and dinners enjoyable.
The food was scrumptious... hats off to the Chef.

The Hosts Marianne & Henri-Pierre gave us a very warm welcome und were very helpful and caring. The communication upfront was also excellent.
You can have Dinner with them (not included) which we highly recommend! The Dinner (3-course-menu) was incredibly good and it was a really nice atmosphere. I would say it was the best dinner we had during the three weeks in La Reunion.
Great breakfast, too.

This newly renovated chalet was fantastic. For us, a family with children, it was excellent, and we especially liked the outdoors area. The chalet was nicely decorated and had all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, as well as games for children. The place was very well cleaned which we appreciated a lot. We really enjoyed our short stay there.
