Everything went well, the place is very quiet, the rooms are comfortable, there's garage, very good restaurant, and the pool is epic! The birds in the end of the day is just pure magic from nature! Will return for sure! All staff was very kind but I want to highlight the service of Alfredo Barbosa, who made our stay, true meaning of hospitality!! We will come back for sure!

Axis Ofir Hotel – A Camino Gem After a long day on the Camino, the Axis Ofir Hotel in Esposende was an absolute delight. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were cosy and comfortable (just what tired legs needed!), and the location is stunning. The food was delicious, a real treat after a day’s walk. Highly recommended – would return in a heartbeat!

A very beautiful house with very friendly host. although we arrived early Graça made us feel welcome. A good place to stay and very near the Caminho route. Washing machine , detergents and dryer which was wonderful to have. We made our own dinner as the kitchen is available for guests to use.

Location was great, right on the Camino. The store is next door. The host gave clear instructions and communication was easy! There was everything needed in the room. The bed was very comfortable and there were even extra blankets if needed.

An oasis of peace! Comfortable sunbeds and parasols, and a lovely pool just steps from the room door. A well-stocked and tasty Portugese breakfast in the morning. Wonderfully comfortable beds and an excellent airco. Within just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find an unforgettable Portuguese culinary experience. Relatively close to beautiful beaches - you can hire a bike to go there. The area is beautiful, with plenty to offer for lovers of nature and historic towns (such as Braga and Barcelos). And the larger town Esposende is around the corner for a more lively surrounding. The nice hosts have extensive knowledge of the region — you can follow their recommendations blindly!
