Staff was great, felt like a few young women ran around handling everything, so sometimes had to wait a while to find someone in reception etc. But it did not matter -- just added to the off beat, country feeling. Staff was great, but did not speak much english -- not an issue as google translate took care of that --all just part of the experience. Restaurant was also able to produce a really good dinner, so can recommend to try that. Good location with a nice view of the lake from the terrace. plenty of parking on the property. We enjoyed our stay from the first til the very last moment, thanks to a thought-through experience designed by the owners. Apartments are stacked up with everything you may need, and almost everything you will touch, sit or sleep upon will be a handmade Polish product. The view from the panoramic windows is wonderful. Kluszkowce itself, beside of mountain Wdżar and lake Czorsztyńskie does not have too much to offer. However nearby cities like: Czorsztyn, Niedzica, Dębno offers few other things like old castles, wooden churches.
