When I exchanged SouthAfrica Rand at airport, I gave her R3000 but I only got R2000. I told this event to Hotel manager, he was very helpful for me. Finally he went to the exchange company to get R1000 back. He is a very reliable man. The security is better than the city center. Many restaurant and supermarket is close to the hotel.

The king room was surprisingly larger than any room I’ve ever stayed in! The beds are super comfort and the room delightful to stay in after a long day. Staff are extremely friendly and speak enough English to make communication so much easier. Really loved the stay. The breakfast is continental and yummy.

If this is a 2-star hotel then 5-star hotels in Maputo must be mindblowing. Here's what I liked: - Daily cleaning with complimentary water every day - The room has AC, hot water, and a smart TV (I never used it) - The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a situation where I was being severely overcharged in the city. I called the hotel and they called someone nearby to come sort the bill - that was very thoughtful. - The location is near banks and some restaurants.

one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. the staff are INCREDIBLE! after hiking kilamanjaro for our honeymoon we arrived at Radisson - they had prepared our bedroom with beautifully arranged rose petals, champagne and heart shaped cake. they were so nice to us, even letting us modify our reservation. the room was spotless & super comfortable with a great view. mostly we would like to thank all the staff who made our stay so wonderful.
