I behave sometimes annoying, asking many questions or not usual options. Staff was patiently clarifying, replying and satisfying my requests. Cleaning and replenishing with tea, coffee, water every day was done. I picked Deluxe twin room of 40m. It was perfect choice. Sleeping part separated from day-activity part. Room service was faster than expected and presentation (small details added) justify it's price. I like not too soft beds and here it was exactly how I like. Two pillows were ok. Airco was ok. We did not try to manipulate it, as it was ok. Communication with the ICN airport by bus is more convenient that by AREX/metro, especially for someone with a lot of luggage. The limousine-bus stop is just in front of this hotel. Breakfast is another big plus - they change certain elements from day to day, so it is not boring. Of course, the classic scrambled eggs you have every day. The variety is really impressive, taking into consideration the tastes from different continents. This place is amazing, it was my 1st long haul flight but the place, culture and historical/tourist attractions made up for the 17 hr flight. Shopping is amazing..... bring a big suitcase and less clothes!!. Next time ill just bring more light weight trousers and 2 pairs of comfortable trainers or sandles and wash on the go. Seoul has dozens of neighborhoods that are absolutely worth visiting, and I truly wish I could have stayed longer. Next time, I plan to focus more on exploring the Natural Parks and hidden treasures around the city.
