What a lovely hotel and such a friendly professional staff. It was a great stay from beginning to end. Very quick check in and check out. Amazing suite. We booked Atelier club 1607 and it was 10/10. Our booking includes breakfast and happy hour. Food in restaurant was nice but more cheese is needed for breakfast but overall everything was great. The guitar player in the library was talented. My room was large and super comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect and most attractions are within walking distance and the subway station is just outside the hotel door. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Seoul and I recommended this hotel for my friend who booked already.

Besonders Dustin war uns in allen Angelegenheiten sehr hilfreich, aber auch die anderen Hotelmitarbeiter:innen waren top ❤️. Das ganze Hotelteam spricht perfekt Englisch. - sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

My partner and I stayed at this hotel/guest house for 3 nights, and we wish we could have stayed longer! The location was perfect—close to everything, yet still quiet. Everything was super clean, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. We loved our bed and our room; it was small but very cozy. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Die Unterkunft The Prima Hotel Jongno, die in Seoul, 300 m von Jogyesa-Tempel entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Fitnesscenter und einem Privatparkplatz. Das Hotel war klasse in jeglicher Hinsicht: Sauberkeit, Lage, Preis. Alle Mitarbeiter haben sich große Mühe gegeben und haben uns sehr gut behandelt. Die Lage ist so toll wir waren im Herzen von Jongno und hatten zu allen Richtungen Attraktionen, die wir ansteuern wollten. Gleichzeitig war es ruhig und wir haben hier sehr gut geschlafen. Die Verbindungen drumherum (Bahn und Bus) waren top!! Direkt neben dem Hoteleingang liegt ein Convenience Store(Supermarkt).Unsere Erwartungen wurden hier bei weitem übertroffen! Wir haben während unserer Reise insgesamt in 3 Hotels übernachtet. Die anderen Hotels waren 4 und 5 Sterne Hotels und trotzdem hat uns das Prima Hotel am meisten gefallen.

I want to give a big applause to Mr. Eddy Cha at the reception desk, who spent a lot of effort on helping me retrieve my camera case that I left on the taxi. He helped us call the customer service of Uber and contact with the taxi driver. We weren’t even expecting to see the case again and got depressed, until Eddy showed up with my camera case. It was a huge favor and I want to give all my thanks to Eddy, who made our Busan trip joyful!
