- From US$281.52 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,078 reviewsIt's absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is absolutely incredible! You're in a fairy tale! It doesn't matter where you stay for one night – it's all part of the adventure! The hotel itself is a little tired, but that just adds to its charm! But at the same time, everything is sparkling clean, the linen is fresh, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom has everything you could possibly need. There are no slippers or bathrobes. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. If you're staying for just one night, make sure you arrive early so you don't miss out on all the amazing sights and sounds. There are plenty of places to walk and relax, and of course, the photos don't do this place justice. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and they'll make sure you have a delicious dinner, as there isn't anywhere to eat nearby. The dinner is really tasty and there's plenty of choice. Breakfast is tasty and varied, and it's the perfect way to start your day.Guest review byEkaterinaRussia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 348 reviewsThe breakfast spread was impressive! Even though we were there for three nights, we never got sick of the breakfast spread. The salad and cheese bar at dinner was also great, although the dinner courses we had on the first night had room for improvement. The location was perfect! It was right by the main promenade in Ortisei, and a short walk to the Seceda and Alpe di siusi cable cars. The spa facilities were beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed the hydrafacial and sports massage that we booked after a tiring day of hiking. I can see myself returning for a longer stay to enjoy the facilities. There are sufficient facilities to keep you occupied even if you stayed at the hotel throughout the day.Guest review byGenevieveSingapore

The museums were well laid out and interesting, also reasonably priced. It was a lot busier than we were expecting & less friendly than other Italian cities. There were many shops, quite pricey, as well as a variety of street stalls, so a busy bustling City.Guest review bysusanUnited Kingdom - 10.0

There is a lot to do in Merano, rain or shine. Of course, there are the local & famous walkways, the mountain hikes, bike trails, and the Dolomites are nearby. On rainy days, there are castles, the Terme spa/pools. Overall, it's a very nice town with a lot to do.Guest review byLisaUnited States - 8.0
This is further to my previous review on Garni Rives.
This is further to my previous review on Garni Rives. I gave the hotel a review that reflects my honest opinion, mainly about the manager/host of the hotel. Obviously my review was not received with warmth from the hotel manager. He messaged me immediately via Whatsapp and blamed me being not polite to him, I have no idea where does this come from. I believe he has broken the golden rule of being in me the hospitality industry, if he cannot accept honest reviews, how can he improve to thrive on? The hotel itself is OK and the only problem I have is the steep climb (not the hotel's fault) and mainly the manager's manner.Guest review byAnthonyAustralia - 10.0
For those who may not know, Val Gardena is comprised of...
For those who may not know, Val Gardena is comprised of three distinct areas; Selva, Ortisei and Santa Cristina. My advice on where to stay is to try and figure out which mountain ranges you plan on hitting. That said, all three locations are very close together, and you can access them all within ten minute on the same bus. Personally, I would stick to Selva or Ortisei simply because of their access to vastly different mountain areas. Santa Cristina is snuggled between the two and didn't have as much to offer, IMO.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Kronplatz is everyone's favorite skiing destination. Many slopes of varying difficulty. Something for everyone. All are very well groomed every single night. Lifts are refreshed / replaced by newer at extreme rates. Parking at the bottom station of the gondola is the best that you will ever experience and the price is quite affordable.Guest review byJurajCroatia - 10.0

Castelrotto/Kasteruth is a delightful town set in beautiful surroundings and is we thought just the right size. Large enough to have two supermarkets , a number of choices for restaurants/Cafes , a Pharmacy , a number of clothes shopping opportunities but small enough that we never felt over crowded. It is delightful to see young children laughing their way off to school early morning. And there is a Gelato shop! There is a brand new lift that goes up to several delightful mountain walks at 1,500 metres , as I recall, and a restaurant and play area for children at the top.Guest review bySteveW57Australia
