Friendly staff above all. Restaurant was nice. Bar area really good with snacks to buy Wine was good and much better value than UK Rooms were very clean with good shower. We could not have asked for anything more really. We did not have car and staff helped with transportation - local knowledge.

Lovely hotel, location and especially lovely staff. We had a really nice tour of the hotel's interesting decor and objects from the very helpful lady who greeted us.

Villa Erbaia is a beautiful place in a perfect location. The staff was extremely helpful. We enjoyed a lot of our one night stay and would have loved to stay longer!

Our room was a 'small double room' but still absolutely comfortable with a small garden and right by the fantastic pool. The host family is very accommodating and helpful with any concerns. The hotel is beautifully situated in the Tuscan countryside and only half an hour from Florence. It is family run and all the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool facilities are stunning with amazing views over the Tuscan hills. It is a relatively small hotel so feels very personable, quiet and relaxing. There is also a restaurant on site that serves up incredible food all made from local produce.
