One of the most well furbished apartments I've ever stayed in. It was like staying at home. The host was super friendly and was waiting for us when we arrived for the check in. We also got some great suggestions on where to eat and what to visit in the area. The town itself is still recovering from the earthquake years ago so we did our little bit and bought a ton of Salame di Norcia and other local products.

I was simply amazed - at the place, the staff... everything really. It is a really nice place to stay at during your visit in the region. The place is really quiet, the views are amazing and you're very close to several trails and tourist attractions, including Monte Sibilli (I highly recommend hiking there). There's parking, the area is very safe and you are very near town, where you can do shopping, eat at a local restaurant and find a gas station. You have at your disposal everything you need, including fast wi-fi and a washing machine.

We stayed only one night but the location is magnificent, on top of the hill, away from the noice of the streets. Very beautiful landscape for breakfast in the terrace. The owners are kind and friendly. The rooms clean and comfy A 30 mins walk can lead you to the lake ruffino, and also in 10 mins by car you can arrive at good restaurants in the proximity of the lake.

The place is really nice, very peaceful at night, location on top of a hill gives it a charm. Everything was smooth, from payment to arrival there and also when saying goodbye. The woman who is running the place is very kind and helpful, she took a lot of time to explain me about the area and the monutains. A nice experience. Grazie mille!
