The pool was the star atraction, especially for my kids. Nice scenery, comfy swing under the carob tree, lots of shades to chill during the entire day. Kids loved the dog Belina. The house is 3 minutes away from the nearest beach, with a lot of piece and quite. We'll be back

Our stay at Paradise Punta was fantastic. It is a small family run establishment with just nine rooms. It is run by the proprietor, his mum and dad and a couple of employees. Staying in a small establishment was something new to us. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. All the guests got to know each other quite quickly. There was never a rush for food or a for a place to sit at breakfast, lunch, or dinner etc. Just a friendly atmosphere with smiles, greetings and small talk among the guests. This contributed to a wonderful atmosphere throughout the day. The food was excellent. Be it meat or fish, it was fresh, very well prepared and served. I would like to name some of their specialties. Wednesday was fresh fish day. The grilled Sea Bass was scrumptious. A whole fish was grilled to perfection and prepared as a dish for two persons. Their meat dishes were also perfect. The icing on the cake was the great, friendly, and homely atmosphere that the hotel proprietor Neven Baumgartner, his mum, dad and staff created. The way they genuinely cared about their guests was a treat to behold and experience. If you needed anything extra all you had to do was ask. They would bend over backwards to accommodate your request. It is worth mentioning that many of their guests are repeat customers, returning summer after summer to Paradise Punta. Their generosity was exceptional. I enjoyed sitting in the restaurant every day around midday and chatting to Neven’s dad over a beer or two. On several occasions he refused to charge me for my beer. “On the house” was his phrase. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday to charge your batteries, then I would recommend Paradise Punta. No loud disco-music, no drunk tourists, extremely safe, great sea etc. etc. Most of all when you leave, you leave with a great feeling of having been looked after by the most wonderful hosts in the hospitality business.

Great location for a short trip to Šolta if you don’t have a car. Close to the sea and ferry port of Rogač. Not too far away from Grohote for grocery shopping. Very spacious, very nice view, comfy bed. We also rented bicycles for a day.

We stayed here as a family in early July and had a wonderful experience. First and foremost, the location is excellent – the property is situated near the end of the island, which makes it peaceful and quiet. At the same time, if you feel like being around people or visiting the central beach area, it’s only a 15–20 minute walk away. There are plenty of beautiful spots for swimming nearby, and the beach is just a 3-minute walk from the house, with easy access to the water. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, as it is new. It had everything we needed – from kitchenware to towels – and everything was neat and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the balcony and the lovely view. A special thank you goes to the host, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. She regularly checked in to see if we needed anything, helped us arrange a transfer to the ferry (as we were traveling without a car), and even treated us to some homemade food. Her hospitality made a big difference in our stay. We are truly grateful and give this place five stars without hesitation. We would absolutely love to return!

This accommodation was really something exceptional. We were with the whole family in 2 apartments. The apartments were beautiful and clean. We had an apartment right at the top of the house with a huge terrace and a breathtaking view of the entire bay. It was truly breathtaking. The hostess was extremely nice and fulfilled every wish we had in our hearts. Directly in front of the house is a beautiful small beach and a rocky slope with excellent access to the water. As part of the accommodation, we could also take sunbeds and bring them to the beach. The Nečujam public beach is a 10-minute walk away, where we went for coffee or pizza. On the public beach there was also a large inflatable "world" for children where they could ride. We took our vacation right in the middle of summer, and despite this, neither the public beach nor the home beach was somehow overcrowded. It can be seen that Solta belongs to those types of islands where people go to relax away from the busy life of popular resorts. It was one of the most beautiful vacations we've had so far.

Exceptional stay! The villa looks even better in real life than in the photos — everything is of the highest quality. The house is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and facilities for a very comfortable and relaxing vacation. We received a warm and thoughtful welcome from our wonderful host, Melisa. You can feel the love and care put into every detail. The location is also perfect — just a 5-minute walk to a stunning blue bay with crystal-clear water. The uphill walk back to the villa keeps you in great shape! We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back again.

    Stomorska is a hidden gem.

Stomorska is a hidden gem. A quant tiny village surrounding the small harbour. It has a fantastic selection of restaurants and the food is outstanding. Would also recommend Beach Bar Africa. We hired a small motor boat and explored the west coast of Brac - down to Milna - lovely to see and swim in the many coves. Just to note that there is no Uber from Rogac - so you need to either take the bus or a taxi from the port.

Maslinica is not the main town on Solta but definitely the place to be as it is beautiful and everything is within walking distance. There is only one grocery shop which is a bit more expensive than other islands. There are no scooters for hire and taxis come from the next town over. But therein also lies the beauty as Maslinica is not (yet) commercialized and so close to nature with a relaxing atmosphere and well worth the visit!

The apartment house lies in a quiet location slightly away from the center of Nečujam. It is clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. There is also a large grill available. The beach is close, nice and not crowded (August), however, you have to count with 50 vertical meter descent. There is a swimming pool with fresh water available by the beach. Shop "Ribola" is within a walking distance and, in our opinion, it is a better option than larger Studenac in Grohote.

Rogač is a small ferry port on the island of šolta, there are two restaurants one is a caffe/pizzaria the other sells local cuisine and is a little more pricey but amazing food and location. You can also go for drinks in the evening at either place. In the morning there is a small bakery that opens 7-12, there is also a small shop that sells ice creams, drinks and basics. For a larger shop you have to walk up a steep hill to the village of ğrohote. Here you will find to small supermarkets that sell everything you need. It was easy to get around the island using the local bus. Even though the times were limited they worked well for us. And the local taxi company were easy to WhatsApp. They would then pick us up when buses were not at a time we needed. Both methods of transport were very affordable.

It is a quaint secluded little village but has grocery shopping; souvenir and local produce shops; excellent restaurants and bars: restaurants Sampjer and Martinis Marchi are some of the best places to sample local cuisine, especially seafood, with great service and attention. Everything in Maslinica is within a walking distance but Sampjer will provide a free pick up and return service on request. Also, there are electric bikes available for hire to explore the area. It has small marina with visiting boats that provides an extra people watching opportunity. You can hire a boat with or without skipper for your own day trip. Also, on the islands there are tours for wine, olive oil and honey tasing. Don’t miss a shot of grappa at breakfast (!) - apparently, is a local tradition for a medicinal reasons ;) There are a large pebble beach with a lovely bar next to it and lots of access points of the rocks for an excellent wild swimming in pristine water and sunbathing. Bring your water shoes. The water is so clear that the boats appear flying over the azures. Fantastic sunsets with views over nearing desert islands. Beautiful place. We wish we stayed longer.

Beautiful little town full of wonderful beaches. In September most of the tourists are gone so it is peaceful. There is only one store so the prices are expensive. It is better to bring your own food if possible. There is a few restaurants, bars. We mostly ate at Phils Bar on the beach, or cooked our own food.

Stomorska is a cute village with a reasonable number of restaurants and cafes, but they are busy in the evening and you need to reserve a place in advance. I recommend fish dishes. The beaches are classic pebbly, on one of them there is a pleasant cocktail bar. It is good to have a car and make a trip around the whole island.

Very nice beach, with few restaurants nearby, crystal water, but pebble beach. The boats are far, so the water is clean. The place is large enough for many persons. There are not places for parking near the beach, there are no showers.
