Small, not so crowded village on the Istrian coast.
Small, not so crowded village on the Istrian coast. The beach stretches the whole length of the village. It's located close to Pula (10 mins by car ) and Rovinj ( 25 mins by car ), and has direct access to highway. The ships to Brioni national Park leave from Fazana so that is also a bonus. The location is great for anyone who wants to enjoy Istrian villages without to many people. In the evening, when all the tourists from National park leave, the village really becomes peaceful and tranquil. We've came 4 times till now. Hoping to come again soonGuest review byVukSerbia - 10.0

The Kamenjak park is fantastic and although in august it was really full of people, we could find a nice place where to swim without too many people. We went around with the bike and in general we could follow paths where car were not allowed, otherwise it was a bit annoying because there were a lot of cars. We ate at the Safari bar, it was full of people but they are very well organized and the food is good and reasonable priced. Probably, the best would be to go in June or September when there are less people. I have to recommend to stay in Banjole if the weather is awesome. If the weather is bad I recommend to go to Pula and visit lot of historical monuments and great aquarium. Please note: go to aquarium very early, before 9:00 am.Guest review byKarel - 6.0

Small village with basic needs covered by local supermarkets. If you need something more Medulin/Pula are a few km away. The streets are badly planned, often getting to a place that you can easily see involves looping up and down roads that circle around. It would really have been better to think about walking/cycling paths cutting between developments. The beach near the port is ok, but going towards the north-east (around beach bar kalahari) there is a much better beach with natural shade, kid friendly spots and good snorkeling near the coast. It is very nice place to stay and enjoy authentic atmosphere. If you come by car it is few minutes away from nice beaches. Or you can also drive to the touristic places such as Pula or Rovijn. The area is also known of its olive oil production. You can also see local street art when scrolling through the city. Small bay with everything you need for swing, rest, SUP other water adventures, bars for coctail, restaurants for perfect food. Pomer is a small peaceful village.
Pomer is a small peaceful village. But what I liked best was Pomer Beach which is in the area of the local campsite. Pula is a lovely, surprising destination.
Pula is a lovely, surprising destination. A working port that also has a stunning coastline. The old town is like a mini Rome complete with an intact roman arena. People are friendly and the small city has a nice cosmopolitan feel. Public transport is easy to use and has an extensive network.
