The staff is amazing and went above and beyond in making our stay unforgettable. Izabella and Gabriel were attentive and incredibly helpful, a real treat. The hotel is spotless clean and the beds extremely comfortable.

Actually the hotel was not operating during the period. So they moved us to the other hotel which is under the same umbrella towards Inverness, since we booked earlier than their decision. We enjoyed the hotel, room, dinner and breakfast. The staff were excellent in many ways. During that period, the hotel was actually closed. Consequently, we were asked to be relocated to another hotel affiliated with the same group, between Inverness and the Clansman. We had a delightful experience at the alternative hotel, enjoying our accommodations, dinner, and breakfast. The staff exhibited excellence in various aspects of service.

This is our 3rd time staying here. Donald - the manager assisted our request for halal / muslim friendly breakfast at ease. Our rooms are all good - I think they have refurbished the rooms. Smells nice with new carpet. I will choose this hotel again.

You won't find a more traditional Scottish ambiance anywhere else. This place has such charm...burning wood fire, traditional music playing whilst you eat a delicious home cooked full, hot breakfast. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Yes, the decor is a little tired but for us this just added to the charm. Staff were so helpful and the location is fantastic!

The rooms are extremely clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming. The staff are particularly friendly and professional. The accommodation is close to Loch Ness, so the whole experience was fantastic. I really couldn’t point out any negatives about the place—only positive experiences.

The breakfast was delicious with a menu to choose from beforehand. Wide variety of dishes to choose from and both my husband and I appreciated all the food - including traditional Scottish breakfast food.

Our stay was Perfect! Very clean and confortable pod, lovely the calm of nature. The host was very kind to welcome and help us!
