- From US$125.24 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 2,473 reviewsThe shower tank and room space are awsome, also had the ironing tools in the room, this is important to business people to live with. I arrived almost 10pm because traffic delays and it was frozen outside to walk to hotel from train station according no taxi available; however the lady in reception was so warm to guide me where can still get some food and cash out machines; I have to say i am really satisfied with three swans.Guest review byChang ChingGermany

Booked for our daughter’s driving test. She passed! :-)
Booked for our daughter’s driving test. She passed! :-) Supermarket down the road as coeliac so no eating out! Went out for lots of driving and seeing the area, it is lovely! We noted that the roads were well kept and especially the drivers in the area were very respectful to learner drivers and made the trip enjoyable for all. Space Museum and the Pumping Station next door were a brilliant mix of fun and laughter even for our teenager. I personally enjoyed looking at the mixture of building architecture in the area.Guest review bytann - 10.0

We were pleased with the friendly and helpful staff on duty, after a delayed flight. Our room was spotless and very well appointed, enabling us to relax after a tiring journey and enjoy a uninterrupted sleep in the comfy bed and not having any overhead plane noise at all because of the triple glazed windows.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We used to to live in Loughborough until we moved to London 25 years ago. Our daughter and our grandchildren live in Shepshed. So we obviously spend time in Loughborough when we can. Probably 5/6 times a a year. When we both retire, we'll probably move back.Guest review byAnonymous - 6.0

We had dinner at pizzeria inferno, it was really the highlight. Service was great and had some seafood linguini that I am still thinking about, a week on. The town itself is as unremarkable as any town in the midlands. The current politics' events had it also covered in Union Jacks and St. George's Crosses. If that's your thing, you are in for a treat. No wonder Frodo and Sam preferred to walk for months into Mordor, to get out of the shire.Guest review byRubenUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Pretty little market town.
Pretty little market town. More upmarket than I was expecting with high-end fashion shops. Museum was interesting and there are lots of places to eat - from Spoons to Thai, Turkish and Tapas! We drove out several days to the Crick Boat Show, Rockingham Castle and some of the civil war battlefields.Guest review byDUnited Kingdom - 8.0

My favorite place was Saint Mary's Church (Attention: only open from 12 to 2!!) with the monument of Wycliffe, the painings and its very special atmosphere. The exposition in HIGH POINT is very interesting too because of Wycliffe. I made a nice walk along the river Swift where Wycliffes bones have been burnt about 600 years ago. When you stay at Grey Hound Inn (with its great history) eating doesn't need te be a problem. They have everything for reasonable prices.Guest review byDickNetherlands - 10.0

Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, good value for money. Nice place and friendly staff. However, the car park is full of pot holes and could cause a lot of damage to the car if you are unlucky enough to hit one!Guest review byJanUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Staff very friendly, room wonderful, food excellent but could ensure that we could be advised when food is out if stock instead of the poor waitress having to go backwards and forwards to find out what was available that evening!Guest review byCooke - 10.0

Picturesque, quiet and relaxing location for those who just need a pared-back and restful experience. This is a great place for lovely country drives, and accessible to other locations and cities if you need to get to them. The town is quiet and has amenities, shops, restaurants and whatever you may need during your stay. Friendly people make the experience much more pleasant and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway or a relaxing retreat.Guest review byDanielleUnited Kingdom
