A very well organised hotel with friendly efficient members of staff. A warm welcoming atmosphere, the staff had a great camaraderie with a professional caring attitude. Clean fresh looking hotel with swimming pool to the front entrance. A good selection for breakfast to start the day. We had a large comfortable room, very clean with balcony to relax on. A short walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shopping and lake swimming, the ocean side, with the surf was a 10 minute walk. Bike friendly!! We rented bicycles to get around like the locals to venture further along. A beautiful place to visit, the hotel was great we will return.

Great location overlooking the lake. Very easy to walk our dog on the shore. Staff were very accomodating and the food was excellent. We arrived quite late and were very relieved to find the restaurant still open.

Great location. Amazing staff, very helpful. We had a disastrous last minute cancellation of our airport transfer by BOOKING. COM. Only for the hotel staff, especially Kimberly we would have missed our flight. That would have meant huge inconvenience for 3 adults and 3 children. I'm still waiting on a suitable response from booking.com
