The staff were so friendly, I asked for a kettle in my room, no trouble at all. A candle was lit at your table for breakfast. A lovely little touch.Beautiful breakfast, plenty of fresh produce to choose from. I can only say thank you for such a lovely stay.

Everything was pretty well organized remotely, and this was really great as we didnt have to meet the reception or carry a card for opening the doors. Everything is done through the app from opening the garage door to the main door and the room door. Payment was also done through the app. The building is an old building that has been renovated recently by the hotel management. Therefore the rooms are big and well designed and super clean. Therefore the is a smart tv and easy to connect to your hand phone for using your movie apps.

This was my second stay here, due to business meetings we arrived late, However, we received an email detailing the procedure for retrieving our door keys from a safe located in the car park. Upon our arrival, although the chef was departing, he graciously assisted us in accessing the safe and retrieving our key, which was immensely helpful. Despite the late hour, the restaurant was closed; nevertheless, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality by putting some food together for us, exceeding our expectations. Once settled into our room, I found it to be impeccably clean and comfortably appointed, featuring a balcony with a picturesque view of the lake. Furthermore, the breakfast offerings were of high quality, boasting a diverse selection to suit various preferences. Overall, I wish to express my appreciation for the outstanding service and attention to detail demonstrated by your staff throughout our stay. It is evident that your team consistently strives to ensure a memorable and comfortable experience for guests.

Visited Eberswalde as part of a cycling trail. Location lies slightly out of the centre, but makes up for it in terms of price/quality. Hotel rooms are in the back of the terrain, decent sized rooms. Bike could be stored safely, and hotel also has a restaurant on site, so overall a good one-stop place if you're traveling.

    The bungalow is small but clean and nice. The deck was large enough to have dinner and had a sun umbrella for shade. The garden was shared with another bungalow: it was mostly grass, has a tree which provided some shade, a BBQ, a few toys, a swing, and a cubby house for the kids to play with. The kitchen was recently renovated and had plenty of dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. It doesn't have a built-in oven, but has a small grill which was fine for us. Some additional play equipment, including a trampoline, was located at the entrance of the property, only 30-40 meters away but not within view from our bungalow. The lake is a few hundred meters away, and the swimming area is sandy and surrounded by grass. It was clean and gradually gets deeper, making it great for the kids to play in.

    Excellent and pretty location beside the lake. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, despite my lack of German. The room was comfortable. The hotel was clean, quiet and modern. The food, both at dinner and breakfast, was excellent, with a good choice. Terrific value.
