The staff were warm and friendly and made every effort to help us with our very grumpy children, without making us feel like a burden. The food was very good; the breakfast in particular was amazing. Superb shower in a comfortable room with a selection of pillows that avoids the soft vs hard conflict we all endure. The kids loved the garden and though we did not use the pool or sauna they were immaculate and available. Surrounding area was tranquil and pleasant for walks. Wish we could have stayed longer. The kitchen facilities and the cottage is super clean and has everything a family needs to have a great vacation. The staff is super friendly and accommodating to your needs and requests. We were able to coordinate an early check-in and the apartment was ready for us. Evenings at the apartment terrace or by the lake were the highlight of the stay. If you're staying for a few days, rent some bikes to get around. There's an Edeka in the vicinity that has everything one needs and stays open till 8pm.Guest review byAsadGermany
