    Definitely the comfort and location! The hotel is less than 5min walk to the main station and Operahaus. Facing the old town on the other side of the road, in a short stroll you reach the old town. In 20-25min you are at Nuremberg airport, it is amazing! Spotless cleaning, modern design common areas, with a large parking area. The room was spacious, modern design and super comfortable. The bed was a dream! The shower was fantastic! And the products available from toiletries to tea quality was high. We have booked this hotel due to its spa facilities. The access to the pool/sauna was not included on the fare (we paid 10€ extra per person). The area was very comfortable, the pool was spacious and the two saunas were great. Ladies in reception were very welcoming and helpful. One of us was traveling by bike, and they facilitate for it to be stored safely on the garage. Thank you! The entire hotel was super clean and everything immaculately on its place all times, great housekeeping team! Great value for money! It was a lovely stay, and if returning to Nuremberg, no doubt I will stay there again.

    It was a perfect stay! Hotel has its own connection with Franken Therme and it's very convenient to go directly to spa from the hotel room wearing your bathrobe. Special thanks to the receptionist (unfortunately I didn't note his name). A perfect man doing his job with all his soul and attention to the clients. Definitely, the rest of the personal is also magnificent. Breakfast was ideal with a great variety of everything!

    Center of Nuremberg was almost leveled in WW2. The postwar reconstruction of buildings mostly created replacement buildings in a bland style, though the street layout remained. The churches were very well restored. I liked nearby Bamberg better on a day trip from Nuremberg. (45 minutes by Regional Bahn train.)

    This is a very touristy place, but we enjoyed our stay. Get out early in the morning to have your photos taken in the best spots without lots of people from the bus tours in the background. Walking around the walls was very enjoyable. Lots of small interesting shops if that's your thing.

    We were taken to at least two eating places: One near the train station; The Curry House Restaurant where I had a taste of Pork and another restaurant, southern end of FAU Institute, we had very tasty Pizza. Getting around Erlangen is quite easy considering affordable buses are all over the place. Next time I would avoid moving around the city by taxi instead of buses

    A surprising big-little city outside Nürnberg with a rich history. Architectural highlights from Art Deco. Walkable. Some beautiful churches. US army base has been re-purposed as a sort of yuppy neighborhood. Major park contains a coffee shop to watch the locals. Look for the Florentine tower in the city center.

    Dinkelsbühl is a beautiful small walled town in Germany along the Romantic Road. I've been visiting and staying there since the mid-1980s. Although tourist crowds have grown significantly over the years, it's still worth a visit. Early mornings and evenings are the best time to walk around, especially if you're into photography. It continues to be one of the most beautiful towns to photograph that I've ever visited.

    Ansbach is a magnificent city. As the governmental seat of Middle Franconia, and the city that we grew up in, there is very much to offer and see and explore. Definitively, if a person wishes to see Germany and Bavaria, one will be well satisfied to visit Ansbach.

    Old town on top of ancient volcano, lovely town hall, archaeological dig site in town square, great half timbered buildings, great town small enough to wander. Interesting town but disappointing there is very little information in English. We are finding this in many of the smaller towns that are less visited by non German tourists.

    It is a picturesque city with a unique experience, somewhat allowing an impression of how life was in the medieval ages. Also the surrounding area is great for walks. It is very interesting to explore this city and dive into medieval history in the medieval crime and justice museum (which I would highly recommend, to get the right primer to the Rothenburg experience. Just be aware that there are very, very many tourists. This also means you might want to pick your restaurants carefully... There are very nice restaurants, but some might just look nice and offer just mediocre meals - as expected for tourist magnets. Overall I was positively surprised that such a gem still exists. Definitively worth visiting.

    Just easy place to find.

    Just easy place to find. But too close to the motor way unfortunately. No hot water unclean Parkin area rubble in the parking bay. I did complain but they only refunded a 10 % as we had no hot water after a long journey . Very bossy reception manager. Not helpful .
