Brand new hotel with a very friendly staff. It was. In each small detail , their behavior and the way they talk to you possible to see that they really care about. Wonderful breakfast, not only tasty, but also very much elegant. The only disadvantage: you can reach there only by car and without not a big chance to reach the city centre.

Very nice and familiar accomodation. Great the opportunity to arrive earlier and have access to the room by collecting the keys at the entrance. (self check in) The room looks just renewd and very clean. The hotel has a restaurant that offers very high quality food. Personnel is high attentive and qualified. The attention to the detail is incredible, comparable to a gourmet renowned restaurant in a big city.

    Lovely cosy hotel with a great restaurant downstairs. Parking was easy. There was a beer garden area outside but our weather wasn't suitable for that. The food was fairly priced and fantastic, we ate there both nights and it was quite full but they accommodated us without a booking. Coffee machine & kettle was available on the landing and also a washing machine and iron . Nice area for walking the dog 🐕 There was noise from the trains passing through as it being an old train station but the windows were so well sound proofed this was not a problem 👌 Bed was very comfy. We would definitely book here again, it was a lovely stay ❤️

    Excellent value for money, comfy beds and super friendly staff. My room was quiet despite being street facing, everything was spotless and good water pressure in the shower. Easy to travel to Switzerland on the regular bus service which stops a few minutes away or the train. Would definitely stay again!

    We loved walking along and swimming in the Rhine river. We also loved the wooden bridge, which is said to be the longest in Europe. Close to the bridge there are attractive gardens and a chateaux. There is a beautiful baroque church in the old town nearby.

    Waldshut is a good hub to discover the Black Forest and to visit Switzerland as well. Waldshut is a clean, nice little town on the banks of the Rhine river, which makes it an ideal location for bike touring as well as for kayaking.

    It's a lovely little town with a relaxing Altstadt, on the Rhein and perfect for walks. It's well served by local trains for trips along the Rhein to other places of interest if you don't want to drive everywhere. The old wooden bridge across the Rhein takes you to Switzerland.

    Beautiful small place with lots to see and do. 30 minutes by train to Basel (Switzerland) or 45 minutes to Schaffhausen (Rheinfall) or just over 1 hour to Lake Konstanz. Therme Bad Säckingen was nice and never too crowded. Entrance (unlimited including Sauna) was included in the hotel stay (Hotel Schweizerblick)
